Very prompt and good service

Everything was excellent from the estimate with Ryan and through the work being done very efficiently and with care. Ryan does not push you to do work that you don't need and is good at explaining what will be done. The team doing the work was very professional and took great care not to damage anything.

Finally! A contractor who gave a reasonable bid, showed up for work on scheduled and did a great job! The whole process from the quote from Ryan to the work from Brandon D and his crew was was a great experience. It was amazing to watch how quick they took down those trees, hauled off the debris and cleaned up afterward. Will call Pacific Arboriculture for all my tree and trimming needs and highly recommend.

From the estimate to the actual project completion was a seamless experience. It was truly a pleasure to watch this crew of professionals work together. They dropped a leaning 70ft Blue spruce in one hour from the time the first cut was made. The 3 man crew were energetic, safety conscious, and clearly at the top of their craft. Every limb fall was controlled to avoid nearby power line, hedges and a birdbath planter structure. They placed pads across my lawn to protect it from the limb loader and stump grinder. they cleaned up so well it was difficult to tell they had even been there other than my, now open view to the Cascades to the east. VERY IMPRESSED!!!!!

They completed a huge tree removal with additional ivy removal from a number of other trees and cut back overgrowth with a huge bucket truck along our long tree line. They were AMAZING. On time, polite, and did an outstanding job. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone. Not the lowest quote, but worth every single penny.

Great overall service! An appointment was set up to review the job and give me a proposal. On the day of service they arrived promptly, were courteous and completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the site completely. We reviewed the work together to make sure I was satisfied, which I was! I would definitely use this company again

Jared and Brandon were fantastic! We couldn't believe how hard they worked! The two of them were like a well-practiced team. Ryan and Christine were very good at communicating and clear as to the full scope of the project. We highly recommend them.

We called them back in Oct for an estimate and they said they could get us on their schedule 12/01 FFWD to today 12/01. They came within the timeline they said (big plus) In my opinion the crew (of Brandons) went above & beyond. Took care of the tons of leaves the maple turns away every fall/winter My backyard looks better than it did yesterday! They were friendly, fantastic, fun, flipping amazing and our dogs liked them too. We recommend them to everyone who needs an arborist. My tree looks great, the work performed was fantastic! They worked great together and got everything done timely. The owner of the company, Ryan, came out personally for the estimate. He is very personable and explains things so a non-tree person can understand. I asked for specific recommendations and he gave me the pros and cons regarding his recommendations. On the day the work was done, they did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. I would happily hire Ryan and his team again!

Years of my neighbors trees overgrown had reached the top of my garage and knocked over my fence in several areas. These folks came in and trimmed everything back to the property line and did a fantastic job as well with the cleanup afterwards. I highly recommend this company. Thanks to all.

They came at the appointment time and took care of the removal of the trees, as well as grinding down the stumps. They did an excellent job, as well as cleaned up afterward. Paying the bill was made easily online and fast.

Very impressed! The guys came ready to tackle the project I requested, but we had a couple other requests while they were here and they gladly completed those also, and in very efficient timing. They cut logs from trees the city cut down last week and just left. We are grateful that now we can just chop for firewood in the spring. I do wood crafts and they cleaned up a few large branches for me, they cleaned off both roofs and my patio. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely. I will use them again in the spring for some other projects. Please if you ask them to do anything not preplanned when they arrive, plan on giving them a tip. It is the gracious thing to do. Just sad that I didn't take pictures.

Great company! Super professional. When Ryan came out to bid on the 5 stump removal project i had, he gave details of what they will do and what to do after their service. I had two companies bid the same project and the other company was not as professional and the bid was soo much higher & did not provide those extra knowledgeable details. So for their service, quality and professionalism and price it is a great value will definitely go through them again. Also Christine (office manager) was super responsive. Brandon was the one that did the removal. He was quick, commutative and did a the job right.

Pacific Arborculture was great...fast and efficient work, they didn't damage my lawn or leave woodchips strewn about, and the price was right. My job was small...just a stump and small tree removal...but I was still impressed at how quick it went and how there was no evidence that it ever happened afterwards.

Excellent. The crew was on time and very professional. I had a Flowering Plum and Crabapple that needed to have a lot removed as well as 3 Japanese Oaks to be trimmed. I was amazed how well organized everything was done. It was all cleaned up, I was very impressed. Looking forward to hiring this fall again.

Ryan and one other person showed up as scheduled (even a little early) and within a couple hours were finished. They cleaned up all of the limbs and other debris. The trees and bushes look great!

Ryan, Team was great it was fun to watch them work and they explain everything that would need to trimmed and removed the crew cleaned up after them selves and place things back in place the way they found it. I will hire them again.
