Four people who knew what they were doing and worked together like clockwork. They were pleasant, good communicators, knowledgable, and really good at what they did. I'm so happy with the work which exceeded my expectations. They were flexible and thorough. They cleaned up so it looked better than when they came. "4th time hiring American Tree Care and once again they showed up on-time, did all of the promised work - plus some - matched the estimate and was polite, courteous and very efficient. Removed a died-all-of-a-sudden tree plus another heavy-leaning tree near the telephone and power lines and then trimmed huge cedar limbs that were rubbing on the roof. In the end, there is a nice pile of shavings for the walkway, a neat stack of logs for my neighbor to have - and that's it... nothing more to clean up, nothing damaged and no surprises. Don't hire another tree service without talking to American Tree Care first - it's not too good to be true."

However, I really wanted an experienced arborist to let me know why parts of my tree appear to be dying. Dan checked our tree out thoroughly and gave us his opinion that the tree is stressed but will most likely bounce back over the next several months.
