On the day of the French drain and French drain extension installation, the crew was prompt and immediately started the job. I was pleased with their professionalism as well and they worked very hard to excavate the dirt and install the French drain components. Upon completion of the amazing work, I observed the workers reassembling my yard and also cleaned up my driveway of any loose rocks. We had suffered occasional blockages of the kitchen double-sink drain from use of the disposal, and Adam discovered that the double trap was causing waste matter to settle in the line, eventually plugging it. After we discussed solutions, I had him replumb it with a single trap and a built-in drain line cleanout. He did a thoroughly professional job. I'm grateful that Pipe Doctor was so prompt in sending him out; he was there within two hours of my call. It cost a bit more than I expected, but I was willing to do it right rather than have to do it again, and the price was fair for the work involved."
