Everyone was very nice. They do not use subcontractors which I really liked as most of my issues with past providers of service has occurred with the subcontractors.

My new shower replacement went very well and I would rate it a 5, assuming that is the good end of the scale. I was very happy with the available selection of materials, the availability of custom sizing, and the overall interaction with the planner. I appreciated the ability to reschedule after a 19 hour power outage collided with the first attempt to install. When they came back the shower installation team did a beautiful job and made the extra effort to keep the house clean while they worked. They did all the work in under a day. The glass installation team was just as professional and efficient installing the frameless glass sides and door. The finished shower is beautiful and everything I hoped for when we started. Many thanks to all involved! I recommend Renken Remodeling to anyone looking to upgrade a bathroom.

The installer, Hector Silva, is friendly and great. He did a wonderful job installing a new tub in my guest bathroom. Hector went above and beyond to resolve my plumbing issues.

Never were on time. Missing materials and appointment. Inaccurate measurements. Will solve problems their way to please themselves not you. Took 6 months from start to finish due to unresolved issues. This is the Frederick MD location.

Ryan Parker has been amazing at introducing how everything works on a rate from 1-10 he definitely earns 10 for the best outstanding service ever he describe things in depth that we didnâ t knew before I am happy to have him here to help us he is the best.

Juan and Oscar worked relentlessly for an entire day to replace my bathtub with a new shower. They were very professional, polite, on time, and gave me updates throughout the day. They also kept the house very clean. I would love to hire them again for future renovations and highly recommend you do so too!
