Water Heater Installation and Replacement
ZZ Connections replaced the gas water heater in my home on schedule and at a very reasonable price. The crew arrived on time, they were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. The supervisor completed an inspection and talked with me about the gas heater, what to expect and assisted me with closing the job and requirements for permits. I would recommend their services and I will continue to call on them for future inspections.

Juan's guys were on time, worked for several hours on a tough/challenging replacement of a hot water heater (requiring the removal and repiping of a stacked washer/dryer unit in a very small space. They handled everything really well, were very professional and polite. I would hire them again.

Juan was very professional and kind. He was experienced and knowledgeable, and was very helpful and informative about the process. We had our hot water heater replaced, and he went out of his way to acquire the unit, which is currently hard to come by due to the national water heater shortage. After waiting almost 2 months with no hot water due to working with a terrible warranty company and low quality service provider, Juan made it happen in literally 1 day. He also took his time, along with his assistant, and did the job in a very professional manner without taking shortcuts. I definitely recommend this service provider.

I had three estimates (one from the big box store) and Juan's was the lowest with a better quality water heater. I also asked Juan to look at my leaky washer and outdoor spigot and even though he had another job that day, he was able to provide the service. The installation of the water heater was completed in record time and faster than expected. I would definitely recommend ZZ Connections and Juan and his associates for any plumbing work.

ZZ Connections came out to my home in an emergency situation where the water heater suddenly burst and was leaking through my basement. Juan, who is a Master Plumber, arrived within an hour of my initial call made his inspection and discussed his plan on replacing the 75 gallon hot water heater. I immediately hired ZZ connections for both pricing and expertise. So glad I did, because within 24 hours we had expert installation of a top-of-the-line water heater.
