I had the pleasure of working with the daughter and she ensured the proper contract was in place and answered any of my questions prior to the project beginning. She managed the process seamlessly and ensured she kept proper documentation throughout the process. Then her father and his team begin the work efficiently following through on all aspects of the contract. They even tweaked a few things along the way as I asked. Customer service was delivered on a high level along with quality work. The price point was also fair with warranty on the work prepared. The job was completed on time and mom came in to do a final cleaning of all of the spaces effected by the renovation. I will certainly be doing business with this company again. It is hard to find honest and reliable contractor so I am happy to have found one."

"I highly recommend DES! I arranged a consultation after a home inspection report indicated that there was moisture in our basement walls. I was worried that costly mitigation efforts would be required. "If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. My mother is so pleased, and I have the peace of mind that all of her outdoor space is safe, beautiful, and accessible. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing.
