"I have Toto toilets in my home. Because each model has a unique shape and "innards" it is hard to find technicians that are both familiar enough with them and have the parts to make a repair. Mayco Andrade Plumbing was not only familiar with the brand and had the parts -- he was FAST!!! Very responsive, quote was reasonable and I am very happy with the results. Will definitely be calling them back for all of the other toilets I have in my home."

I woke up to find standing water in my basement.  My regular plumber couldn't get out until tomorrow so they recommended DB's Plumbing and Drain and they were able to send someone out today. Two hrs. later, Tommy showed up and told me I had two problems instead of one - 1. Shower and bathroom sink backing up because of hair build up.  2. water on basement floor because of leaking pipe from new furnace.

He could not have been more professional. He cleaned out both drains - ugh! I was so excited that a backhoe would not be showing up in my side yard that I had him look at and fix a temperamental toilet. He explained everything he was doing, gave me options, and told me all prices before hand. 

A big "thank you" to Woodbridge Plumbing for recommending them. Both companies were very complimentary of each other - a trait you rarely see.  Now I feel like I have two great plumbing companies at my disposal.

I only have one suggestion - Give Tommy a raise.

Within minutes of completing Angi's intake form, I received a phone call from Day & Night and we arranged a home visit for the same afternoon. Day & Night's Ngura Sailo arrived a few minutes early (awesome!), was friendly, respectful and COVID-safe (e.g., remained masked during entire visit). I had a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a bathtub drain leak. Ngura walked me through his diagnosis of both problems. I agreed to a toilet replacement.
