Best floor sanding pros near Mclean, VA

"The flooring installation was great. The selection looks good and was done as discussed during consultation. My tenants are thrilled with the new flooring."

"Our floor was in bad shape from large dogs we’ve had over the years. Prospect flooring came in and sanded and restained the floors and they looked like new. I highly recommend these pros for the job."

"I am extremely pleased with the work performed by Kustom Floors who restored my hickory floors with an amazing Rubio Monocoat finish which brought out the rich variations of the wood with the deep glow and warmth of the hickory, which is a very hard and beautiful wood. Not only did they understand the care required in the sanding of the floor, but their finish trim work in some difficult areas was flawless."

"5 Stars +! Dan and his crew did excellent work restoring 6 wood floors in rooms that had seen a lot of traffic. The final product looked great and Dan kept me informed throughout the whole project. You don't get any "do-overs" with hardwood floors - so you need to find someone like H&H who are truly professional and will do your job right the first time!"

"I had a great experience with Magni Flooring. They refinished and re-stained the wood floor in my large living room, lengthy hall, bathroom, and a closet; and they refinished the wood railings on my stairway. They did a tremendous job matching the existing wood colors! Matching was key because I didn't have them redo my wood stairs or the dining room that was directly adjacent to the living room. I worked with Marcin and Rafal, with Marcin in charge of the floor team and Rafal handling the stair railings. Their team members were Wilson, Carlos, and Roberto. All five gentlemen were professional, friendly, and communicative. They arrived on time and cleaned up well after each day. They took special care to protect our furniture and all areas while they sanded and stained. They explained everything thoroughly and were reliable. They finished the work within the promised time frame and never disappeared (unlike some contractors). I would definitely use them again, and I recommend them!"

"We recently had our floors remodeled with vinyl flooring by Brian and his team, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Initially, I was a bit hesitant, but Brian's confidence and expertise quickly put my worries at ease. He and his crew were incredibly punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would. What truly impressed me, though, was their unmatched attention to detail. They clearly take pride in their work and focused on getting every single detail perfect, rather than just rushing through the job. The final result is absolutely amazing. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it’s clear that they are masters of their trade. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Brian and his team to anyone looking for quality flooring work. Their professionalism, skill, and dedication to a perfect job are truly exceptional"
