"Great company. I am very pleased with the installation of the replacement gas furnace, digital WiFi thermostat, filter system, and water safety package with drain pan. The technicians, office personnel and owner were very knowledgeable. Very courteous, answered questions I had on the new furnace by Amana. "We have two systems in the house, which we had cleaned (air duct cleaning) and the dryer vent as well. The dryer vent cleaning was provided free of charge as a special they were running. The technicians were very punctual, professional, and too their time to thoroughly clean everything up. They even vacuumed the covers on the returns!
These guys found mold in both of our systems and we're definitely turning to them for our mold remediation services! Are also recommending them to all of our friends!

"Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.
