Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. "McCrea replaced a 20 year old HVAC system with a new Trane 4-ton XL16i condenser, XV80 furnace and new coils. The salesman, Mark, was very responsive to my request for quote changes or additional items, including financing options. He was very knowledgeable and patient through the entire process as I worked with other companies for competing quotes. As a result of Mark’s recommendations and excellent pricing, I added on a new Aprilaire 1210 filter box (including replacing a portion of the return duct work/box) and an Aprilaire 600M whole house humidifier. I was able to schedule install four days after signing the contract. The installers, Charles and Christian, arrived on time and removed the old and installed the new in about 7 hours. They provided an overview of system operation and cleaned up so well, you couldn’t tell that a significant installation had occurred. I would recommend McCrea, especially Mark, Charles, and Christian to anyone...they were professional and did an excellent job. My home is so much more comfortable with a system that will be better on the summer and winter utility bills."

Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. "Technicians were on time and very courteous.  They thoroughly inspected and cleaned my 15 yr old air conditioner and changed my air filter as advertised.  Although they indicated that the system was nearing the end of its life due to high readings for volts, and strain on the motor, etc., they did not pressure me to unnecessarily replace parts at this time.  They did provide me with a few options for repairing or replacing the system in the future should it fail, all without the high pressure attempt to sell me more than I need at the moment (something I hate). "I do not know how anyone could rate this company less than 5 stars. Terrone came to my property the day after I posted on Home Advisor and advised me that my system was pretty much a complete loss, dangerous and needed to be replaced. I already knew he was right. Within in 2 days he had a crew at the property to replace the entire HVAC system. During the replacement process they corrected two every significant problems that existed with the old system. First, the air filter couldn't be changed because the return was jammed in behind a water tank, that made it extremely difficult to change, which it hadn't been in a very long time. They installed a return vent that allows the filter to be changed from the living room, which was really great. They also found that there was an emergency shut off for the furnace, but it was behind the unit and could not be reached. They moved, replaced and marked the new value so that it was easy to see and easy to use if needed. The system is in an awkward place and his crew was able to remove the old system and but in the new system without having to remove a wall, which I thought they would have to do. Their work was great, well done and significantly less expensive than what others had quoted me. Like I said in the beginning, I don't know how anyone could rate this company less than 5 stars. If I have any more HVAC issues, Terrone will be the first person I call."
