"Gerald was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the type of system that would best fit our house and worked with us on what we wanted. Gerald started the job quickly and was only delayed due to other contracting issues. He was very patient working with us in between new siding and drywall and made sure he was available when the other contractors were through with other issues. Gerald?s work was neat and tidy. "T&J Service installed a beautiful new Trane system at my home in Fairfax on May 14, 2024. They were recommended to me by my neighbor who has been using them for many years. Without a doubt, Diep and Tran are the most highly-skilled HVAC professionals that I have encountered in over 40 years. This was a very large, complex system to install and they got it done in one day. These are some of the hardest working, most dedicated guys that I've ever seen! I absolutely love my new Trane system. They even custom made a beautiful plenum for my air handler --handcrafted out of stainless steel (Diep is also a skilled metal craftsman). 5 STARS"

"I was selling my house and the inspector found the fan was venting into the attic. I needed to have a professional vent it to the outside.. The HVAC tech was on time, diagnosed the problem immediately and had it vented to the outside soffit in a less than half an hour. it looks good, not noticeable and now I meet code. I thought the price was a bit high. I have a one story ranch and all he had to do was cut a hole in the soffit, reach in and pull down the vent. Other than that he did a wonderful job and I am happy.
