"They were the HVAC sub on our total house remodeling due to a house fire. We decided to add central air because the walls and ceilings were open and we at the time had window units. They installed a heat pump with a Nest thermostat. In addition to the heat pump the house had an existing radiator heating system. However, the hot water heater, boiler, and water line were damaged or clogged due to the fire. T & J replaced everything and were extremely polite and explained everything as well as how to do simple repairs. "Working with Wes was an excellent experience! I spoke with him on the phone about the work I needed done, and later that same day while he was in the area he stopped by my house (as promised) and he provided me an estimate on the spot. It is always great to talk with the person who provides the estimates and also who does the work because there is little chance for miscommunication. We worked out the date for the work and he arrived as promised. As Wes hinted, my house looks like it has a new roof! Some time ago I had a few shingles damaged and had to replace those. The replacement shingles where light brown on a dark brown roof; they really stuck out. After Wes did his job, my roof is all one color of light brown! The old shingles were just that dirty! I've included a picture of the "new" roof. Since the dirt came down the sides of the house, Wes basically washed a lot of the house just to make sure we didn't have dirt streaks on our home. That was a really professional touch. Wes then got to work on our paver sidewalk that had experienced a lot of moss and mold growth and was now becoming a hazard to walk on. Now, even in the rain we have sure footing. And again, Wes cleaned off any excess sand and dirt. The work Wes did was very high quality and I will not hesitate to use him again and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs house cleaning and roof work done. His pricing was very good and for the quality of his work it's a bargain. He's professional, responsible, and great to work with!"

"Garage door spring failed on 02/10/2015.  Called Andrews the same day and they came out the next morning as scheduled.  Replaced the springs and performed the maintenance on the second door.  I was considering replacing the spring on the second door but they said it was not necessary.  The repairman noted that the top panel of the door was cracked.  The crack started several years ago but when the spring broke, it became worse.  We agreed to have the panel replaced and they would have to go to Baltimore to get the replacement panel.   The cost of the panel was $600.00 which included materials and labor to install.  They said they would install it the next day which surprised me because they said they had to go to Baltimore to get the part and it was a Friday.  Well to our surprise, they came around 9PM and installed the panel and finished about 1030pm.  Everything is working fine.

"Due to rotted wood, my mailbox fell down on a Friday. Around 5:00pm, I sent a note to Mailbox Xpress stating that I wanted to have a new Mailbox and a new post installed. My plan was to be added to their list of work for the following week. However, I received a call from Jimi that Friday night, and spoke with him again on Saturday, about the type of mailbox post that I wanted. Also, I sent Jimi a picture showing the color of both my house and the old mailbox post. I pointed out to Jimi that I had no expectations for him to install the mailbox that weekend. However, Jimi made my case a priority because my mailbox had fallen down. He matched the color of my house and installed the new mailbox that Sunday. And, it was a tough job getting the old concrete out of the ground. So, from a flyer left on my old mailbox 5-6 years ago, what did I get by contacting Mailbox Xpress? I got excellent customer service and excellent workmanship. The new mailbox with a new post is fine."
