"We put a contract on a house knowing that the heat pump and air handler were old (~14 years) - our home inspector took one look inside the unit and immediately turned it off as the inner coils were caked in filth.  He snapped photos and we could not tell if it was dirt or mold so we requested a mold inspection be done at the buyer's expense.  I purchased the deal to have the testers come out, take samples, and let us know what they find.  They were punctual, professional, and polite.  As the were working, they had a camera and video monitor for us to look inside the system and were able to confirm that what we were looking at was just years of built up dirt and dust (from never having the HVAC system professionally cleaned).  They took samples anyway and are going to get a report back to us.  The "deal" seemed expensive to me but the money was well worth the peace of mind before I move my family in.  We will probably recontact this company to get the ducts cleaned prior to moving in.

I had already decided on an entire replacement of the HVAC, but having a company provide you with options is something that, unfortunately, isn't always the case. The work took about 5-6 hours, and they worked in scorching heat and didn't seem to stop, except for the necessary water breaks. They cleaned up very well, they were very respectful of the interior of my home, and were very patient with the questions I had. I definitely recommend these guys."
