Andrews Heating and Air Conditioning

Great guys. Came out on a last minute call. Got my A/C working quick

I do not like writing reviews.

I will call them back to replace my second furnace/AV in the Spring.

Fast reply, fast service, my heating and air conditioning system was up and running within an hour. Very reasonable rates, will definitely use them again if needed.

I am sure that Andrews Heating & Air Conditioning was really good when the father was running it. I give the sons credit for trying to keep it going, but they have no experience. They are having to rely on hiring other contractors to do their work. To me that does not relate to stability in a business. We did get back up and running today, but didn't get everything done that we had hoped. We don't know if we were to need them that they would have someone on staff to do what we would need in an emergency. I wish the sons well in keeping the business running but don't feel we would call them again. We need an established company with qualified workers that we can count on.

The repair man found and fixed the problem quickly. They also called and asked if they could come early which was great because I was able to cool the house down in the morning instead of the afternoon.

We had to reschedule until Monday. Repair guy showed up and my AC was working fine. He could not find anything wrong. I will contact if my AC stops working again. Service guy was very kind and explained what might be wrong. Will use again!

They were very professional. Turned it the issue was just a thermostat issue. They checked out the system and didn't even charge me for the call. I would definitely recommend them and if I need HVAC service in the future will definitely call on them again.

They came out quickly, didn't waste any time and solved the problem. I love supporting family run and local businesses. I said I wanted to replace the whole unit and they said wait until it really dies. Profoundly grateful for a company not trying to up sell. Will be using them in the future.

I can't really rate them because he said with a heat pump, you don't need annual service, just when it stops heating or cooling. He didn't charge us and said call him when we have a problem. Great guy!!

These guys are not your typical heating and air contractor trying to sell you something you don't need. They are very knowledgeable and get the work done in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!!

They responded promptly and did a great job on all the work required. The price was reasonable. The only reason I can't give them five stars in all categories is that they had a prescheduled vacation that interrupted the work and made the job take longer to complete. I understand they are a small family business but if I had known they could not do all the work immediately I might have chosen another contractor. But they were very polite, careful, kept us informed, and did a good job so I would definitely recommend them to others.
