The salesman, Mark, was very responsive to my request for quote changes or additional items, including financing options. He was very knowledgeable and patient through the entire process as I worked with other companies for competing quotes. As a result of Mark’s recommendations and excellent pricing, I added on a new Aprilaire 1210 filter box (including replacing a portion of the return duct work/box) and an Aprilaire 600M whole house humidifier. I was able to schedule install four days after signing the contract. The installers, Charles and Christian, arrived on time and removed the old and installed the new in about 7 hours. They provided an overview of system operation and cleaned up so well, you couldn’t tell that a significant installation had occurred. I would recommend McCrea, especially Mark, Charles, and Christian to anyone...they were professional and did an excellent job.
