"From start to finish, William Rorer was incredibly professional, punctual, and responsive to my needs. He returned my initial phone call the same day and set a time to come to my home for an estimate the very next day. "From the very first moment I stopped into the store at Flower Hill I was impressed. Everyone was exceptionally professional and wonderful to talk with. I told them I was looking to have my countertops replaced with granite or quartz. Sara Behrang scheduled a time for the next morning to come and give me ideas and take measurements, she also brought samples to my home. My husband and I visited the shop a few days later, choose a beautiful river white granite. Two days later a template was made of my countertops and then a few short days after that the big day arrived. My new and beautiful granite was installed. The installation went without a hitch. "Peter Belman worked with us on the design; he was our only contact besides the two installers. In general, we are pleased with our cleaned-up garage, though I do have an issue regarding a 29 inch wide wall that was not included. When we were in the garage with Peter discussing the various possibilities/designs, I told him that I wanted that wall completed also because it was wide enough to store a ladder or some rakes.  I then stated that the only wall I did not want completed in the Tek paneling was the front wall with the two windows, facing the road. He nodded in agreement.
The company does CAD drawings showing the components, most of which are movable from area to area. Since we had ordered a Hook Pack Set of 18, I figured we certainly had enough to put a hook or two on the 29 inch wall.  It took me several days before we had the time to begin arranging things in the "new garage, and that was when I  realized there was no paneling on the 29" wall. I wrote to Peter Belkman about this, but he has yet to respond to my email of July 7th. 
When we were originally designing the use of space, Mr. Belkman suggested we have two overhead racks installed to hold some lumber (tongue (?sp) and groove replacement boards for our deck). He said they would hold 250 pounds each, evenly distributed. He had said he would have the installer recheck to make sure it was installed evenly, but I never had confirmation of that. I guess we're left with taking the bathroom scale to the garage, pulling down one of the boards, and have my husband hold it while standing on the scale, then multiply that by the number of boards, and see how that works with the 500 pounds allotted!  We are not young people, and I believe they should have confirmed all this before installation.
 What do I want? I want the above two items resolved. This was not an inexpensive project.

"All communications with the business owner Jose Sosa were through Angie's List and text message. Communications responsiveness was good. Jose discussed options with me every step of the way. Sosa is a small business, so his approach was not like a large contractor. I was somewhat uncomfortable with his approach early on, but I took a chance and am very happy I engaged Sosa for this work. Shout out to the tile installer Pedro, who did a fantastic job installing the tile. I worked with the designer recommended by Sosa. I was happy with their expertise and they had a very large inventory of tile and vanities from which to choose. I purchased the materials using Sosa's business discount. Sosa picked up the materials when necessary according to his work schedule. The bathroom was a standard single family house bathroom. We will very likely engage Sosa to remodel our master bathroom which is roughly three times the size of our standard bathroom."
