"From start to finish, William Rorer was incredibly professional, punctual, and responsive to my needs. He returned my initial phone call the same day and set a time to come to my home for an estimate the very next day. After discussing the work, he was able to fit me into his schedule with short notice since I had only a small window of opportunity in which I was available for the work to be done. He even came over to start the work on the Labor Day holiday. He is very professional and knowledgeable! The work was completed on two different days in order to allow the tile glue to set before he grouted. He completed the work and left the area clean. He does very quality work. I discussed various other projects with him which indicated to me he has a vast knowledge and experience with home improvement contract work. "This is the third time I hired Shalom Home Solution for a painting job----I just used their service a few days a go to pain the house I was moving into. I hired them to paint the house I was putting on the market for sale. This is a singe family house with about 2750 sqft of living space. The painting includes all interior drywall surface, window and door frames and baseboards. Again, the crew did a very good job in painting the interior and making minor drywall repairs along the way. Window treatment were taken down and put back without problem. The house was cleaned up afterwards. When I pointed out a few areas where the painters missed, Amilcar personally finished them himself. The job was completed on time."

"We were in a bind and needed a previously installed granite countertop in the kitchen modified. We had a new refrigerator, and the door wouldn't open all the way back, bumping against the door jam. We needed to have the granite cut back about an inch to remedy the problem ( slide the refrigerator over a little). The problem was, we were having a new tile backsplash installed the following day, and needed the granite cut before starting that job. I called Granite Vision, and asked them if they could perform it the same day. They were unsure if they could fit it in the same day, but told me they would check on the possibility.  I was called back in a timely manner, and told that they could do it for me.  David arrived within a few hours of my call, and did a beautiful job.  He was very nice, neat, and did exactly what we needed. Thank you Granite Vision!!!  They could have just blown me off, and said they couldn't do this the same day as my call, but they didn't"

"The job went quite well. The owner of the company, Alexander, was knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He gave excellent advice about which type of floor was best for our remodeling project. The workers were courteous and, obviously, very experienced. It was not an easy job, but they installed the floor perfectly. It looks great!"

"Nafi and his team did an awesome job remodelling our kitchen and replacing our hardwood floor.  He tore out our kitchen and replaced it with new cabinets, appliances, lighting, granite, backsplash, sink, faucet, flooring, and paint.  His attention to detail is remarkable and he is very good about listening and making adjustments on the fly.  He has such a keen sense of design that we didn't need to spend the extra money on a professional designer.  He helped us to select the cabinets, color, granite, backsplash and the overall design of the kitchen.  His pricing is highly competitive and I really feel that we got a great value for the work that he did.  He is neat, punctual, and got the entire job completed in about 5 weeks.   I highly recommend him for any house project, big or small.  We plan to have him remodel our bathrooms next.

"I think this system is quite pricey and was reluctant to have it installed because of the price.  However, the sales person was willing to work with me to tweak my plan to get the price to a more palatable level for me.  The system certainly does keep the garage a lot more organized and much, much cleaner.  On the day of installation the team arrived right on time.  They introduced themselves and reviewed with me what they would be doing.  They worked steadily all day until they finished and before they left they reviewed the project with me.  They were polite and congenial.  I have had to have them come back since  the installation to deliver 2 shelves that were not in stock when the system was installed and to change out 2 accessories that I wanted to exchanged.  On each occasion they were prompt and professional.  I received a follow-up call from the office to be sure that everything was to my liking.  I found this company to be very customer oriented and responsive.

"The tile in the bathroom looks great... so far. Jose also replaced a kitchen sink faucet and connections. Because he was also handling the plumbing connections in the bathroom, this seemed like something that should be in his wheelhouse. Well, 3 months later the kitchen sink had a serious leak and I had to have everything don again, and he charged $300 to unhook the faucet and reinstall in and two hoses. I could have done this myself, but was not nearby to do so. I thought he had done a good job, but since such a simple repair was a total failure, now I have to wonder what other surprises might pop up in the quality of his work, which cost about $7k in labor alone. Not feeling confident at this moment."

George (Jorge) was exactly on time when he came for the estimate.  He recommended a paint brand that was very nice (Sherwin Williams Cashmere) and carefully documented the areas of work.  His estimate was right in line with what I was expecting.  He set a start date of the 14th. 

A company rep (his son), called the day before to check-in and let me know they would arrive at 7 am.  They were on time, pleasant and professional.  The covered my floors and new carpet an got straight to work.  The house took 2 1/2 days and each day they started exactly at 7 and let me know the plan of the day. They returned a fourth day to paint the deck since it had been raining.

The inside of the house and the deck look brand new!!  They paid attention to detail, filed all nail holes, and always let me know where they were in project.  I could not be happier with the great work they did.  I am very picky, but could only find 2 small areas that needed touch-ups.

The crew also helped me move an old love seat and set-up my new table.  I was so relieved because I had no idea how I was going to do it.  They were so helpful.

This a family company with great employees and I am so happy I found them!!  I would definitely recommend them and hire them again!!!
