The provider arrived on time.  I was only interested in a partial remodel -- that it, the addition of some cabinets to my kitchen.  He quickly drew up an estimate (which was quite a bit higher than a similar job done by Home Depot several years ago).  Frankly, I began to wonder why I had paid someone to give me an estimate.  Oh well.  Maybe if you're having a major reconstruction job it would be worth it.

Alexander was referred to me by one of my friends in the Army. The military moved my family across the country to Chevy Chase, MD. We bought a house site unseen, and showed up to discover the home was a total disaster. My wife was in tears. The hardwood floors were so bad that I thought they would need to be replaced. After consulting with Alexander, he assured me that they could be brought back to life. He also encouraged me to shop around. After doing a little research, I quickly realized that Alexander and his team were the most knowledgeable and affordable. Alexander was always available to answer any questions that I had, and rolled over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. After the floors were completed, I noticed that one of the stairs was damaged from the previous owner’s dog. Alexander offered to come fix it for me free of charge. The floors turned out amazing! I could not believe the transformation. They now look brand new. My wife and I felt like we made a new friend with Alexander during our floor rehab. I would recommend him to anyone. Next up…. Alexander gave me my dream kitchen!!! I had heard horror stories about contractors before we started remodeling but working with Alexander was not only a great experience, but we could not be happier with the results! He was extremely responsive from day 1 til the last day and always picks up his phone no matter when you call him. From our first meeting, he worked with OUR budget and tried to find us ways to save money, even suggesting that we re-use our current granite! I insisted on getting new granite and of course he was happy to help us with that, sending us to a great slab yard where we picked out the perfect piece of granite. The cabinets he recommended are real wood and excellent quality (soft close drawers and everything!) and ended up costing less than what another contractor was charging us for IKEA cabinets! Not to mention that Alexander did all the design work for us and all we had to was tweak based on our preferences. He was very flexible throughout the process and let us pick out the hardware and accessories and changed the kitchen design so I could have my farmhouse apron sink! He also worked within our very tight deadline and was more worried about keeping on schedule (and about protecting our new hardwood!) than we were. :) He is a great contractor to work with and truly cares about his customers and the end results. We are extremely pleased!!!

Alex was FANTASTIC! He helped us design our kitchen layout and made recommendations. He never tried to oversell us and was very frank...which I have a GREAT appreciation for! He was at the house when the cabinets were being delivered and stopped in during installation. If you have concerns or aren't entirely happy with something he will make it right as quickly as possible. We have worked with a number of contractors and no one has come close to his level of customer service. He even brought us a bottle of wine and cheese when it was finished:)

ALEXANDER SERKISIAN  is the epitome of excellence and reliability! He has been nothing less than a professional and very patient with me. He was very responsive and provided me with amazing suggestions! He understood that I was a working mom , therefore , he was very flexible with me during the entire process. He went beyond what was expected from him and made the entire process so much easier! I did not encounter any issues during the entire process. I loveeee my cabinets! My kitchen looks AMAZING!!!

I got multiple quotes and they were by far the most reasonable price. They did a great job and were very fast at getting the job done. We had hardwood floors redone, tile and new carpet. All looks great. We are so happy with the results and they took care of us and gave us a deal! Alex was there to check on all the workers and took care of things when problems arose (an addition didn't have hardwood and they did a great job installing it to match the rest of the house).  Alex was very responsive and helpful through it all. 

We choose this company after several estimates and they truly followed with schedule and plans that were presented to us after several meetings and conversations with the representative. They were very professional, responsive at all stages, delivered and installed as presented and their price was excellent. They cleaned up everyday after the days work and worked diligently to insure we have our kitchen and bathroom back in use as soon as possible.

From the very first moment I stopped into the store at Flower Hill I was impressed. Everyone was exceptionally professional and wonderful to talk with. I told them I was looking to have my countertops replaced with granite or quartz. Sara Behrang scheduled a time for the next morning to come and give me ideas and take measurements, she also brought samples to my home. My husband and I visited the shop a few days later, choose a beautiful river white granite. Two days later a template was made of my countertops and then a few short days after that the big day arrived. My new and beautiful granite was installed. The installation went without a hitch. The installers were on time, very friendly, did an amazing job of installing and removal of old counter top. Approximately a week later we had the floors redone, it took one day and they look beautiful!! I'm in love with my home again. I plan to have the bathrooms remodeled in the future and will definetly use Kitchen Bath and Floors, USA.

Point of contact/designer/manager, Alexander, was very professional and responsive.  Whenever I would call for a question or follow up, he would answer or return my call promptly.  At each stage of the work, Alexander was present at the beginning and end to make sure that things were moving smoothly.

I was looking for additional Schrock cabinets to complete my kitchen done a few years ago.  When I called this company, I had an immediate response, so much so, that it surprised me.  Alexander made a quick appointment with me to come out and go over what I needed.  He was very congenial and responsive.  He got back to me with an estimate and a design with extreme efficiency and speed. I decided to go with this company because of this company's professionalism and excellent customer service.  What followed was an incredibly smooth experience.  Alex was extremely patient and always with a smile.  The workmanship of his people was amazing. Alex stayed with the installer until he finished to see that the job was done right.  Thank you Alex.  I wish I had used this company before when I originally renovated my kitchen.  He would have done a much better job than the other contractor did.  In fact, he will come back to correct my granite countertop that was incorrectly installed by the previous contractor.  

I enjoyed working with the company's representative (owner) in the design and installation of white cabinets in a traditional kitchen. The workers did a beautiful and careful job, especially with respect to installing the upper cabinets, which have mullion glass doors, crown molding, and arches. Excellent customer service. Helpful and responsive, from start to finish.

The company representative brought granite samples to the house, which helped me to decide on a color for the countertop. The job was well-supervised, and I was pleased with the attention given to various details, such as the size of the overhangs and the faucet placement. The installation went well, and the countertop looks top-notch. I plan on using this company again for a granite countertop on the lower level of the house.

The job went quite well. The owner of the company, Alexander, was knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He gave excellent advice about which type of floor was best for our remodeling project. The workers were courteous and, obviously, very experienced. It was not an easy job, but they installed the floor perfectly. It looks great!

Everything went very well. They were professional, on time, I received good pricing, and excellent installation. They were trustworthy to be left alone and to have a key to my home.
