the floor warps in the heat - or bright sunlight... NO good fix other than replace.. which i should have done.. flooring stains.. I am afraid to see under the tile (bubbles emerging from space between tiles) I called and was really blown off.. I am afraid my concrete floor is damaged. )

I considered this company based on feedback here on Angie's List. To be honest, the no person to answer a phone is not uncommon in the small business market. What has thrown me to write this is the very poor follow up the Virginia rep has with potential clients. Sure, I get it, they may be busy due to the good ratings. But you would think that following up with potential future clients would keep cash coming into the company. But nothing.
For me this experience was a big no-go. If I were to drop several thousand + on a two car garage update I would be concerned that I couldn't reach the company for help if there was an issue.
This is just a heads up of the experience I had with this company.

It didn't turn out well actually. The Deal was for $1000 worth of equipment from them and stuff and nowhere in the Deal does it say, I also had to pay for them to construct the garage equipment. When I complained to them about it, because all I wanted was the equipment to be able to construct myself, they said they wouldn't do it. They said that they don't sell the equipment without construction being a part of it. That wasn't in the Deal whatsoever. I asked for my money back and they said, you got it from Angie's List, talk to them. That was the last communication I had with them.
