"Everything went well initially. Countertop looked great. However, when I told the man in charge to remove the remainder off of my deck, he was obviously annoyed. I had told when he was taking it out that I only wanted ONE piece of the countertop left with me and showed him the piece I wanted. He had an obvious attitude and then went out to his truck and made me wait another 30 minutes to return to take it. They left a mess under the countertops (crumbled countertop, etc.) although they did sweep my floor. When I really looked at it afterwards, I notice that they cracked my backsplash and didn't tell me. Also, the plumber was great who came a couple of hours late, however, he told me the countertop crew had thrown away a part I needed to hook my garbage disposal back up so I had to give him $30 to replace it. Atila, the salesman/owner was wonderful during the sale process and very responsive. However, I was expecting a follow up call which didn't happen. The price was good for the work that was done."

"We had a great experience with Charles Graves Painting. They are responsive, prompt, and the quality of the work is excellent. In addition to interior painting, they installed wall molding in my master bedroom, and it turned out great. In addition, they finished two floors of rooms with tall ceilings (including the molding installation) in less than 2 days, and with very dark paint colors. All the painters wore masks and were extremely conscientious. I would highly recommend them."

"We hired Muñoz Construction, LLC (Herndon, VA), to remodel our kitchen, install new flooring in three rooms, repair drywall that had been damaged by a previous owner, remove old wood paneling and replace it with drywall, then paint all ceilings and walls in the remodeled and repaired areas, including the basement. "My backsplash is beautiful. Tony Heard, one of the owners of the company was professional and attentive to my specific requirements. The gentlemen who installed the backsplash, came in did their job, were very diligent and professional. I thought it would take a couple of days to complete, but it was done in one day. They cleaned up the debris and dust and made sure that I was happy. I am very satisfied with my completed project. I have even discussed future home projects that I could hire LFC for with Tony. The cost for this project was very reasonable and worth it."

"DMV did massive amount of work inside my house in March-May this year, including pulling up carpet in two rooms, recarpeting bedroom, and laying Brazilian cherry parquet floor in the living room (including installing subfloor), which they also (at my request) treated with oil (several applications) instead of stain and polyurethane. They installed new mouldings in the living room. They also repainted all rooms except bathrooms, wallpapered kitchen, dining room, living room accent wall, replaced backsplash tiles in kitchen, built an oak proscenium arch around and installed drapery rod inside opening between living room and dining room, and replaced bland balustrade room divider by installing antique oak communion rail I imported from the Netherlands, and installed oak wainscot panelling in the dining room. They also replaced front door deadbolt, doorknobs on bedroom door, installed new deadbolt on door from laundry room to garage, removed sliding door and replaced with French door in kitchen, repainted deck, front door, and front window shutters, replaced sidelights with security glass, replaced closet doors in bedroom with mirrored glass sliding doors. They replaced several light fixtures as well, and all three toilets, and mounted several curtain rods. And installed overflow on my water heater. All work was done beautifully, much of it by one extremely talented gentleman (Orlando) who was an absolute joy to have 'underfoot' (I had to move in and live in the house for a few weeks before all work was done). And they cleaned up everything when they were done! Huzzah! Best of all, the prices for all the work were extremely fair, especially for the fine quality. I spent more on mediocre work to get my mother's house presentable for sale than I did having my own new house converted into the house of my dreams! I cannot recommend them too highly! Javier, Orlando, et al., are the ideal partners for home 'transformation'. Wish I could post photos of their magnificent work."
