"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

"Had a wonderful experience choosing TR Granite to replace counter-tops and install a new back-splash. They were very competitive and were responsive to all questions and requests. There was an issue with the sink and once a call was made it was quickly resolved with no hesitation. That speaks for great customer service! They had a great team of workers that coordinated their schedules so the project moved smoothly, from demolition, to granite placement , plumbing then tile work. The tile workmen found a faulty electrical connection behind the drywall they were removing . They helped to get in an electrician the same day to keep the project moving. Our old kitchen was narrow, dark, and closed off from the rest of the house. One of the most impressive parts of the project was what they did with the original brick arches. "We wanted to install a tiled kitchen backsplash to protect the wall near the stove from splatters but also to improve the appearance of the kitchen. We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."
