"Excellent work! I had my entire main level remodeled and wasn't sure what to expect as to time and the process. Apollo, David and the crew came in and worked nearly every day, all day until the job was done. The demolition was orderly and the workers kept the worksite very clean. They really take pride in their work. The finish product is great! Jason (project manager) checked in with me nearly every evening to be sure of my satisfaction and he made sure that the job wasn't done until I and my wife were satisfied with the finish product. Thank you Khalid for helping us through this major project and I look forward to working with you and VKB again in the future."

"What a great experience - Israel and his crew were true professionals and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We have a small semi-detached home which originally had screened front and back porches. We wanted to enclose both and expand the very small kitchen into the small back porch area. We decided to remove part of the wall to the dining room to make the space more open. In doing so, we ran into an issue with duct work, but Israel reworked masterfully and now you can't tell it wasn't always like this. We kept it simple with tile floor, white cabinets, granite counter (which because of the size needed he was able to get at a great price) and appliances to scale. Now my friends say it looks like a model kitchen! And the new front porch is a nice oasis, giving us expanded living area. I would say the project took perhaps a little longer than anticipated, but it was during a difficult weather period that had impact on ours as well as their other projects, which no doubt had an effect on scheduling. My advice is to be patient and all will work out. So after all that, the roof started leaking, and now we'll have ICM back to replace it since it's at the end of it's useful life anyway. I definitely plan to call them for future projects."

First, Matt came out, performed an assessment and explained everything well. He was friendly and answered all my questions about the work being performed. That set the tone for a great experience! After the estimate was received I made an appointment. The day of the appointment Adamâ s team arrived exactly on time: I live somewhat remote and that his team was on time really speaks for the company and itâ s work culture and ethics! Adam and his team worked in the crawl space, which was difficult for me to get into. Adam kept me informed throughout the process and even took pictures after the job was done to show me the results. The quality of the work speaks for itself! Iâ m very happy to have hired Lux Foundation Solutions and they are my first company to call if another job needs to get done! "We are extremely happy with the work done by Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). Overall they did an amazing and outstanding job! They had a contractor on site, on time every day. Brian S. was professional, helpful, patient, hard working and skilled both in managing subcontractors and doing work himself. I trusted him with our home and would work with Brian/TCB again easily. I have already recommended their company to others. TCB renovated a few parts of our house, added electricity to a shed and added an entire master bedroom suite on an additional floor (adding approximately 550 sqft to our house). They finished earlier than expected. Our neighbors couldn't believe how fast the addition was completed and how well done. Any additional costs from the original budget estimate were due to our choice to add more work. I waited to write a review. I wanted to live in the addition for a little while to see how everything holds up. We have had only minor things arise and have been very pleased with the responsiveness of Brian and TCB to come back out and check on things. They came back to add a bracket to a new countertop that moved slightly, they shaved a door that was sticking as the weather changed, they fixed the damage done when carpets were installed by another company, they arranged for a rep from the hot water heater company to come out and fix a noise issue, all done at no additional cost to us. I have worked with contractors before but nothing on this level. It wasn't perfect, there were concerns that came up. I had to learn that this was major construction and with major construction comes mess. Brian and his team addressed our concerns and remedied any issue fairly. With so many negative stories I've heard from people who worked with other companies, I am so very thankful that we had such a good experience and ended up with such an amazing master suite and changes to our home. We love it and we receive many compliments. We chose to work with TCB because they came highly recommended by a neighbor who had similar work done and were very satisfied with their outcome."

"The owner Justin came to my house to give an estimate and he was easy to talk to. He was down to earth and I was able to ask every reasonable and unreasonable question I had. His office manager Jess answered all my questions through email courteously when I had them. The crews were quick, responsive, and careful in my home, especially around my curious dog. I asked for a very elaborate and difficult herringbone tile backsplash. The team handled its tediousness beautifully. The estimate was much lower than another company I had researched. I plan to use Adam contracting next year to replace my roof ... yes, they do that, too!"

"The entire process went extremely well. The estimate was very clear about the scope of work, the crew was professional, on time and carefully about reducing disruption/mess and our basement is dry, as promised. They even went above and beyond and fixed a downspout outside so water would flow away from the house. Once the job was finished, the company rep came out to walk through with us and answer any questions. I have no doubt that if a problem did arise, they'd fix it."

"I contacted Chris at Clifton Contracting as he had finished the basement to find a drainage expert and was surprised to find out that he does drainage work as well. Chris and his team at Exterior Waterproofing Experts responded quickly to my problem and stemmed the flow of water into my house. They installed an exterior French drain to divert water from my foundation and sealed the basement wall to ensure no further damage. Just like his work in completing my basement, Chris and his team were on time and within budget. I can rest knowing my home is safe. "m in process of selling my house and I got dinged for what I originally thought were minor foundation cracks. I decided to have multiple companies come in and take a look at the issue. Company A came out and decided I needed a tier system costing 15K. I almost had a coronary. There were no signs that I had a major foundation issue so I found this a bit suspect. Next, I had Greg from NV Waterproofing come out do a visual inspection and take some measurements using his laser and level. In the end he told me I had normal settlement and to do nothing. Not even fill it b/c that way you can monitor it over time. I offered to pay them him for his time and he respectfully declined. I wish I had some work for him but I guess leaving a glowing review is the next best thing. I cant speak highly enough of Greg and NV. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy knowing their are good, honest business still out there."
