"Edin did a beautiful job of cleaning leaves from & applying mulch to our yard. He removed every pot & stepping stone and replaced each perfectly after smoothing the mulch. A first-class job. Absolutely worth the low cost & we never broke a sweat."

"Excellent.  He arrived promptly at 8 am and went straight to work cleaning the inside of our windows.  (Several of the windows were in difficult to reach areas and had not been cleaned since he was here 2 years ago!). He then proceeded outside to power wash the house and garage door, then clean the outside of our windows.  He worked diligently for 4 hours. "

"Let me tell you, Max and his team are so good at what they do. They know exactly how to take down large trees. They are so professional and hard working. Safety is evident when the guy was high up in our tree, which is good for him, and spectators like me. They were so thorough and paid attention to every detail. Plus they cleaned up everything before they left. You need a tree and stump removed, these are the guys to do it!"

"I bought a deal for yard clean up and scheduled it without a problem. I told them it was for leaf clean up, but they failed to disclose that they would rake the leaves but if I wanted them removed there was an additional charge for the leaf truck,I .believe it was $75.00. It turned out not to be such a great deal. This is the second time I've used them for yard clean up. The first time was in the spring and it went extremely well. The crew worked fast and did a fantastic job, which is why I hired them again in the fall. The second crew was not nearly as good,"

"The Goode team did a fabulous job for a fair price. It was a tough project. I would hire them again in an instant. The team arrived early and worked straight through to completion. Uninstalling a large jacuzzi is not for sissies and they left my space as if the jacuzzi had never been there. Super job!"

"I hired Peace for a back yard/deck cleanup. The guys were great; however there were a few items they did not take care of as requested. Unfortunately I was not at home and did not see the items that were not completed until later. I am sure had I been there to point things out more they would have received a 5 rating. I still had to go out and fold all of my patio furniture covers to put away which was one of the first things I asked them to do. All in all, I would give them another chance."

"Owner Mr Rivas responded to our inquiry for Spring cleaning and landscaping work within an hour of its posting. We arranged a visit to our house within two days to jointly review what work was being requested. During the review he both advised us of what wasn't necessary at this time as well as some additional work that could be done. Within 24 hours we received a budget breakdown for the work. The quote was well below two other bidders. By the end of the week his team did leaf removal, pruning, cutting down of invasive plant growth, power washing a brick walkway, mulching, and cutting down of a small dead tree - waiting out rain squalls to complete the work within a day. We were extremely pleased with the results of the work and expect to request his Fall leaf service."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Lead removal services typically cost between $1,000 and $5,000, depending on the extent of lead presence, the property size, and the complexity of the abatement process.

No, you can’t place hazardous waste in a dumpster unless you specifically ordered a dumpster for hazardous waste removal. If the dumpster company finds hazardous waste that it didn’t approve for dumping, the company will return the waste to you, and you’ll likely face a fine for illegal dumping.

If your home was built before 1978, there’s a chance that any paint on your hardwood floors could be lead paint—especially if it was already there when you moved in. Because lead is toxic, hiring a licensed pro to remove it is mandatory. The average price for professional lead paint removal ranges from $1,500 to $5,300 and depends on the scope of the project.

Embarking on a kitchen demolition comes with its share of risks to keep in mind. Think of potential encounters with asbestos, sharp objects, and power tools—not to mention the peril of structures wobbling or unexpected plumbing surprises. And, of course, you will be surrounded by dust and debris throughout the process. All of the above makes safety gear necessary, or you can consider hiring a qualified professional.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), hazardous waste is generally classified into four main categories:

1. Characteristic Wastes: These exhibit at least one of four hazardous traits: ignitability (flammable, like gasoline), corrosivity (can rust or decompose materials, like car batteries), reactivity (unstable and can explode, like aerosol cans), or toxicity (harmful when ingested, like lead-based paint).

2. Listed Wastes: These are specific wastes from manufacturing and industrial processes that the EPA has officially designated as hazardous. They include byproducts from processes that use solvents, pesticides, and other chemicals.

3. Universal Wastes: These are commonly generated hazardous items that are subject to streamlined regulations. Examples include batteries, pesticides, mercury-containing equipment (e.g., bulbs), and some lamps.

4. Mixed Wastes: This category includes waste that contains both hazardous and radioactive components, making it subject to regulation by both the EPA and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
