"We hired VIP to close the pool which was unbalanced and to change the sand in the filter. They advised us our plugs were the wrong size and our filter lower valve was defective so they replaced the plugs and repaired the valve. Not only was their quote for the original work the most reasonable but the charge for the additional work was miniscule. The workers were professional and even included a plumber who came to cut the pipes to the filter so the sand could be changed! We are definitely using them to open the pool next year!"
