He has worked for many years in the construction field. Syed laid out the entire process very simply for us to understand. It was a very straightforward process. The price he offered was reasonable and great. The construction team led by Ainea was incredible responsive and prompt throughout the entire process. They were great getting back to us with answers to all our questions, and flexible with scheduling. The workers were always on time, nice, kind, and respectful of our home. When we had concerns or issues, they quickly resolved them with extreme professionalism and competence. They did an excellent job from many angles. The transformation has exceeded our expectations. Their work is meticulous and thorough. Their ability to get inspections and necessary permits so smoothly made the entire experience stress-free for us. Syed and his team and Stellar Remodels are an amazing team! From the initial consultation and walk-through, to the first day of remodeling, to the finished product, everything was a great experience. We had our unfinished basement completed and also we wanted to raise our sunken living floor so everything would be on the same level. You would not even know where the stepdown was anymore and a basement is now a great living space for us to use as a family. Would recommend for anyone that has a home improvement or remodeling project!

My overall impression of the entire bathroom renovation process was positive. The job entailed demolition of a mid-80s full bathroom and buildout with a new toilet, vanity, sink, tile shower, tile flooring, new light fixture, fresh paint on the walls...the whole nine yards. I had good rapport during the initial consultation with the owner to whom I explained my vision for the bathroom renovation and for which he provided advice and then an estimate to do the work. I got three estimates and this one was in the middle of the pack but the differences were relatively minor so I chose based on personal interaction. The crew (one or two guys depending on the day) was friendly and responsive to a few audibles I called midstream. The whole job was finished in about four days which was on schedule. The final product looks great and the workmen were professional, friendly, and fastidious. The owner came through once the renovation was complete to ensure I was satisfied with the work, and he was communicative and responsive through the job so I can say that everything was to my liking. Highly recommend!

The service was great. They were never late, and they always check the GC. They make sure that the work was good. If they make mistake, they will fix it right away. I would never use other companies to fix my house but them. Honestly, they were great. I would use them again to fix the kitchen. I would rate them 7 stars!
