Absolutely love my new windows! They keep the temperature in my house so much better regulated - I got the triple pane, gas-filled, etc. and they were well worth it! Another thing I wasn't ready for with these beautiful new windows... the SILENCE. I never thought it was loud on my street, but wow, it became eerily quiet after the install (ha!) and I really am loving it. After having a number of quotes, I felt the best about the rep that came from Vinyl Lite - he was sure about his product, did not push for a purchase, measured everything out and told me honestly what needed replacement and what didn't (I did them all anyway lol), and was just a pleasure in general. When life got in the way and it took me a while to reach back out, I didn't get any constant/annoying calls and they didn't play the silly "discount" game with their pricing, which is a breath of fresh air.

Beware. They sell you on giving a lifetime warranty on their windows, but when an issue comes up, they find a way out of their guarantee. They even told me the window was covered, but then, after three weeks of dodging my calls and emails, they found a way out of it.

The sales process with Vinyl-Lite was the most laid-back, low-pressure, and friendly out of all the companies we vetted. Our sales rep, Matt, was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, reassuring, and honest. The down-to-earth, conservative approach, as if he were buying windows for his own home, was refreshing and welcomed! Other companies insisted that "all decision makers" had to be at home, despite the inconvenience to me and my wife. Then they dispatched sleazy, used car salesman-types who employed high-pressure tactics to upsell us on already overpriced windows, faked phone calls with their "manager" to pressure us into a "better deal" if we signed today, and overstayed their 45-minute appointment by 2 hours. A total turn-off! Furthermore, the opportunity to visit the Vinyl-Lite showroom, allowing us to delve even deeper into the details, compare features, and ask more questions, was invaluable! At the showroom, Ashleigh was patient, answered all our questions, and, once again, approached our issue as if he were purchasing windows for his own house. No overselling, no lies, just absolute expertise, and transparency. Plus, it's reassuring to know that we weren't dealing with a middleman company with substantial mark-ups. We love supporting local businesses! Scheduling the installation was a breeze, handled over a quick phone call, and incredibly flexible. On the day of installation, we had everything ready, with our blinds removed, pictures taken down, and areas around the windows cleared. The crew arrived on time and got straight to work! With sixteen windows to replace, they completed the job in about eight hours. The crew was friendly, showed respect for our home, and worked efficiently. Once all the windows were in place, they did a commendable job of cleaning up and removing debris. At the end of the day, Sam paid us a visit to ensure quality control, demonstrate how to use and clean our new windows, and address any remaining questions. Together, we identified a couple of small issues, and he worked with the crew to address them promptly. No hassle for us, which is the way I like it! And now, the windows themselves. We are pleased with the quality and construction, knowing that they are well-suited for Virginia's climate, built right here in Virginia. We're relieved that we didn't fall for any of the other companies' gimmicks promoting unnecessary features and upsells. Moreover, we can rest assured that with the company's long-standing history and heritage, if we ever need warranty assistance, they'll still be around to help. In summary, Vinyl-Lite provided a fantastic window buying experience that was easy, cost-effective, and stress-free!

Informative and no pressure consultations/ sales experience, followed by experienced installers. The windows are very high quality, expertly installed, energy efficient, easy to operate, and backed up by a lifetime warranty. I love the look of the windows inside and outside.

I have been very happy with the quality of their work and I haven't seen a better price from competing companies or contractors. Ashley B. makes the sales process smooth and relaxed - not at all high pressure. He is knowledgeable on Vinyl-Lite products and home maintenance in general. Brittany S. in the front office is upbeat, responsive, and professional.

These guys literally just walked out and I ran to leave a review. They were on time, diligent, and the windows look fantastic. They cleaned the windows inside and out after installation and did an A+ job of cleaning up any debris from the removal of the old windows. Highly recommend.
