"It's always a relief when you find a contractor who cares about the quality of their work. That is Mr. Leal. I hired him to rehang our exterior french doors that were poorly installed. It can be very difficult to find help for for small jobs, but Mr. Leal agreed. Needless to say, the doors now function perfectly. I was impressed for following reasons. His team was very communicative. My initial call was returned within an hour or two and he was scheduled to see me the next day. He and his colleague took care of my home. Not only did they fix the doors, but they were obviously very careful when doing so. They even vacuumed while sanding the doors. No trace was left of their work except for the perfectly swinging doors. Honestly, I think care for another's home is as important as one's ability to do the work. My strong impression is Mr. Leal cares that his work is well done. Hire him."

The team -- Mike and John -- were on time, professional, took care to clean the workspace, did a quality install -- including the repair of sub flooring damage as the old doors were letting rain water inside. The new doors look beautiful and the "rain water" issues resolved. Phantom screens for the patio doors still need to go in. So looking forward to that part of the job coming to fruition."

"Everything went great!  It all started when we tried to replace a 30 year old shower door.  When the door was removed, the tiles in the opening were a mess.  The provider directed me to a tile show room were they were able to match existing tiles with better ones for attaching the new shower door.  They came to remove the old tiles and install the new ones quickly and the result was beautiful and seamless.  I am thrilled with their work.

Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."
