After the estimate was received I made an appointment. The day of the appointment Adamâ s team arrived exactly on time: I live somewhat remote and that his team was on time really speaks for the company and itâ s work culture and ethics! Adam and his team worked in the crawl space, which was difficult for me to get into. Adam kept me informed throughout the process and even took pictures after the job was done to show me the results. "The project manager of the remodel, Jason, was always in contact with me about when workers would be at the house and to see how everything was going. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."

"Exterior Waterproofing Experts tied in my downspouts to an existing underground system to move water away from my foundation. They installed four inch gutters and downspouts as well. Prior to installation of downspouts the crew discussed placement and color options with me and explained their planned approach for the underground piping. I was very impressed that installers would take the time and show the concern to engage with the home owner at the time of installation to verify that the placement and color were satisfactory. After the gutter installation a heavy rainstorm tested the system and resulted in a few minor leaks that the contractor promptly resolved. All ground work was leveled and shrubbery returned to the flower beds. Exterior Waterproofing Experts performs excellent work and engages with the home owner like no other contractor that I have experienced. I can highly recommend them for all drainage work based on my experience."

"I'm pretty amazed at how quickly Alex and his crew were able to lift my entire house and install drainage on both sides of the house. The team was the definition of professional and knowledgeable. From the start, they were extremely considerate of my house, and put everything back the way they found it - almost like they weren't even there to begin with! Didn't even know this was possible! They didn't stop there though, they even filled a few small holes in the yard with some extra dirt and put grass back where it was messed up. All I can say is SUPER AWESOME job!!"

"From the start of the estimate with Jon to the insulation project with the Team Leader Carlos, the project went well as expected. Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to up-sale services I did not need, and I appreciate his honesty. Jon went over the appropriate insulation for the attic and the garage ceiling to bring our home to a comfortable level. Carlos and his crew did a great job communicating with me while performing the insulation. Carlos immediately notified me of a leak he discovered from the attic fan and temporarily paused the work on the attic and moved to the garage ceiling insulation while I addressed the leak. As a customer, the only comments/suggestions I would give to the crew is: (1) make sure they keep their tools and materials off the lawn (2) make sure the plastic wraps from the materials they use and trash does not get blown away to the neighbor's yard/driveway, and finally, (3) ask the homeowner which bathroom the crew can use while on-site. Overall, I am very happy with Comfenergy and their service. In fact, I have already recommended them to a curious neighbor."

"Today I met with Howard Glancy from JES Foundation Repair regarding the outside water seepage problem in my house. The water is coming in the bottom-level of my 3-story townhouse (end unit). My townhouse is the last unit located on the bottom of a hill. I also have standing water in my back yard every time it rains. Howard has very impressive credentials and is an expert in his field. After an inspection of the problem area, Howard gave me a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done to fix the problem. The water is coming in up from the ground underneath my house. The previous day I had a meeting with a representative from a different company who said it would be a simple fix with just a french drain on the side of my house. Howard explained why a french drain would not fix the underlying problem. I have decided to go with JES Foundation Repair and feel confident that I made the right choice."
