Home Genius Exteriors came to do a roof on my home. They arrived on time and got right to work! The crew worked to tear off the roof to the plywood to diagnose my home only to find that the plywood was in great condition. After the job was done, the crew cleaned up very well and took their time to find any remaining trash or nails. The project manager Angel Martinez, was available throughout the day to answer and any all questions I had regarding my roof, and also followed up throughout the day with updates! Home Genius Exteriors just completed a full roof replacement on my 3-story townhome in Lake Ridge, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. This was the first roof replacement since the home was built in 1985, so it was a big project — and they handled it with total professionalism from start to finish. Josh, my sales representative, was knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with. He walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in the decision. On installation day, the crew — led by on-site project manager Omar — arrived right on time at 7:00 AM and worked diligently until the job was completed around 6:30 PM. Their work ethic was impressive, and the attention to detail was clear in every aspect of the job. What really stood out was the exceptional cleanup. The team went above and beyond to ensure not only my property but also my neighbors’ areas were spotless and safe. The final presentation of the roof looks fantastic

This team was on time, they worked effectively and they managed to not kill any of my plants!! My project manager Omar solved a couple of issues and explained things clearly. The team worked hard and got our roof done in one day! Every project you take on will have hiccups but the way this team puts their best foot forward is to be bragged about.

I contacted Home Genius Exteriors after getting multiple roofing estimates. They helped me design an architectural shingle system from Owens Corning, including their Platinum warranty. They were open to negotiating, and I received a very good deal—likely because they had a gap in their schedule that they wanted to fill. The workmanship and materials were excellent, and their communication was responsive throughout. I was pleasantly surprised by the ~90 photos they shared during the project—helpful for both communication and documentation. They promised the work would take one day, and indeed it did. One unexpected change: they substituted CertainTeed DiamondDeck for the Owens Corning Deck Defense underlayment that was in the contract. Fortunately the warranty remained valid, and based on my research is comparable to Deck Defense. Cleanup was outstanding—only tiny bits of plastic and one nail. Both the onsite team lead and the project manager were professional and easy to talk with

I was amazed at how quickly all of the projects were completed after the fact I had signed my contract. The cleanliness of all the crews involved was outstanding and meticulous and they left my home as if they never came by! The project manager Tony, who was in charge of my siding was very professional kept in close contact with me throughout the entire project and was very kind. As for Angel Martinez who was in charge of my window project he was kind, was able to answer any questions and concerns I had about the process, and even had the crew install a window film on my windows to add an opacity to my windows. I want to thank the entire Home Genius team for all of their hard work and outstanding organization. I highly would recommend them to anyone looking for home improvement.

I am so pleased with the work done by Home Genius. We received multiple quotes from different companies, but they were the most affordable, and offered the gutters in the color we wanted. Allan's crew arrived early, stayed late to complete the job, and left the property spotless. This type of workmanship was highly appreciated, and would not hesitate to recommend them.
