Paul and team from Lux came out to do some much needed work on my house and they went above and beyond to complete the job. Would recommend them to anyone else, very professional and easy to work with!

I have an older home (built in 1900) that was completely re-done before I bought it. The house is very sturdy and on concrete slab, but over time I noticed that walls were bowing and floors were sloping in some areas. I feared the worst and contacted JES. They were very pushy and prioritized the sale over facts - quoting me over $8,000 for the foundation alone and another $10,000+ to fix the floor boards. This included cutting a hole in my ceiling and leaving it for 3 months. Thankfully I was able to get out of the contract and decided to contact someone trusted in the community. Keagan from Lux came out and was clearly knowledgeable, kind, and took his time going through my home. He concluded that my issues were very unlikely to be from the foundation and that because its an older home, and one that was recently re-done, its more than likely that the house is just settling. He was careful to take measurements on the sloping so that I could call back if things got worse. That way they had an appropriate baseline. I am so beyond grateful for Keagan and Lux, they're clearly NOT in the business to screw over the homeowner over and will NOT misdiagnose a problem to make money. I highly recommend using them.

The service crew showed up on-time, were friendly and respectful, and did a great job on my foundation repair. Working with Lux was an easy experience on my foundation work. Thomas was very knowledgeable in knowing how to fix the problem and did it well. He explained what needed to be done and did it. Worked all day, no sitting around or talking on the phone. If he needed to go somewhere to pick up materials he would come to me and let me know. He was great. I would recommend this company, and Russ the manager was very helpful getting me a hire date fast. Thanks again..

We needed a reliable contractor to fix problems with our foundation. Lux Foundation Solutions was recommended to us based on previous work by the West Virginian realtor we worked with for our house. First, Matt came out, performed an assessment and explained everything well. He was friendly and answered all my questions about the work being performed. That set the tone for a great experience! After the estimate was received I made an appointment. The day of the appointment Adamâ s team arrived exactly on time: I live somewhat remote and that his team was on time really speaks for the company and itâ s work culture and ethics! Adam and his team worked in the crawl space, which was difficult for me to get into. Adam kept me informed throughout the process and even took pictures after the job was done to show me the results. The quality of the work speaks for itself! Iâ m very happy to have hired Lux Foundation Solutions and they are my first company to call if another job needs to get done! I highly recommend the company for your crawl space work!

Very easy to work with , excellent workers

We recently hired LUX Foundation Solutions to stabilize the foundation of our garage, which was sinking. Before we decided on LUX, we talked to representatives from 2 companies; both companies suggested the same plan of action to fix the problem. The representative from LUX was forthright about what could realistically be done in terms of lifting the garage and gave us some time to think about his proposal. The other companyâ s representative assured us that his company could do much more, but he refused to put that into the contract (â They wonâ t let me,â he said). The other company was also asking for six or seven thousand dollars more, so our choice was clear. The workmen from LUX arrived on time, and they didnâ t bother us at all (no requests to use the bathroom or anything along those lines). We heard the jackhammering, of course, but other than that, the job was quiet. The foreman was always polite and ready to answer questions, and the crew always cleaned up at the end of the day (it was a 5-day job). Weâ re quite pleased with LUXâ s work, and we definitely recommend the company.

We hired LUX to repair the foundation on our detached garage. Adam's crew arrived early Monday morning. They were pleasant and professional - really nice people. They worked steadily all day. They arrived early Tuesday morning, and waited for the county inspector to arrive. Once the inspection was complete, they promptly completed the work. We would definitely recommend LUX.

They did not perform the function that I requested.

My garage was settling. The quote for installing 5 foundation Push piers under my garage and a French Drain along the side of my garage was very reasonable. The team that came out, led by Ryan Ohman was professional. courteous and hard-working. They did a great job and followed up quickly on a few comments I had. Cleaned up the site nicely afterward. Would definitely recommend.

The LUX team that came to our house made up of Ace and Christian were awesome. They did a first class job and left the basement spotless when they were done. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them 100%.

I couldn't be happier with the job LUX Foundation Solutions did to resolve my basement flooding issue. I requested a list of basement repair professional on Home Advisor and LUX Foundation Repair was the first of three to respond to the request. I scheduled an appointment for LUX to give me a quote on what it would take to resolve my basement flooding. Keagan arrived at the scheduled time and I described the flooding issue. It would require replacing the basement stairwell drain, sump pump and connecting pipe. We also discussed putting french drain and a larger pad at the top of the stairs to close a gap between the foundation and stairs that allowed water to channel into the stairwell. Keagan was upfront about how and when the job would be scheduled. I was contacted when the job was initially scheduled and kept informed on any changes as the start date. Adam and Ace arrived the date specified and went right to work. They were professional, knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. They were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a foundation repair professional.

Only complaint was a disconnect in scheduling timely service. Once addressed, the customer service was responsive.

They put a sump pump in and drainage channels in my basement. The sump pump has remained dry since it was put in in April. The moisture level in my basement went up to 20 cups of water a night form 20 cups a week. Moisture has come up form the basement floor.

Polite and on time. Pleasant to work with. Did an excellent job, no shortcuts.

We were told up front that there would be a 6-week wait until they could start which was fine with us. The weather set them back 2 more weeks but once started it went quickly. Very professional crew, polite and knowledgeable.

More pro than con for sure. The only con I am reporting is better attention to detail in taping vapor barrier seams.
