This was the only firm that called me and it was soon after my Angie’s list request. They scheduled a mover for 8:30 AM the next morning which was impressive turnaround time. They moved chairs in boxes, and when they got to the destinations, they patiently waited for me to unpack the boxes, and then they took the door off the room where the chairs needed to go and managed to fit them in with a very tight fit. They took all the trash when done. The price was clearly disclosed upfront and that’s exactly what I paid. I highly recommend them

"Excellent. I'm on the frugal side but really needed to move quickly, so I hired movers, but tried to keep costs down as much as possible. I had everything packed up, and they managed to get it all out very quickly. I wasn't moving anything bigger than a loveseat, but given a winding descent down 20 steps and 2 fairly narrow platforms, I thought it would take longer. There was a 45 minute drive that maybe took them closer to an hour, but I cant blame them at all for stopping to recharge after their effort emptying out the apartment. Moving stuff into the new place took a little longer. I tried to stress to them that they could just leave everything in the living room, but after the 3rd or 4th time of them asking where to put things my s/o decided to take over playcalling duties. It wound up coming to an hour beyond the initial deal, but in the end paid almost exactly what I expected, with the bonus of having stuff dispersed in the new home. Also worth noting that the movers wore masks, which was appreciated, but after seeing how much they effort they were exerting I suggested they take them off if they wanted and that we'd steer clear so they can breathe more easily. One, the youngest of them, took us up on it but the other two were pretty adamant about keeping them on, and when they arrived at the new place to unload he had it back on without us asking. For those who are concerned about COVID exposure from the movers I'd say they were definitely on the cautious side, and that it wasn't just for show. If the need were to arise, I would definitely hire again.
