"What a great experience - Israel and his crew were true professionals and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We have a small semi-detached home which originally had screened front and back porches. We wanted to enclose both and expand the very small kitchen into the small back porch area. We decided to remove part of the wall to the dining room to make the space more open. In doing so, we ran into an issue with duct work, but Israel reworked masterfully and now you can't tell it wasn't always like this. We kept it simple with tile floor, white cabinets, granite counter (which because of the size needed he was able to get at a great price) and appliances to scale. Now my friends say it looks like a model kitchen! And the new front porch is a nice oasis, giving us expanded living area. I would say the project took perhaps a little longer than anticipated, but it was during a difficult weather period that had impact on ours as well as their other projects, which no doubt had an effect on scheduling. My advice is to be patient and all will work out. So after all that, the roof started leaking, and now we'll have ICM back to replace it since it's at the end of it's useful life anyway. I definitely plan to call them for future projects."

The estimate was very clear about the scope of work, the crew was professional, on time and carefully about reducing disruption/mess and our basement is dry, as promised. They even went above and beyond and fixed a downspout outside so water would flow away from the house. Once the job was finished, the company rep came out to walk through with us and answer any questions. I have no doubt that if a problem did arise, they'd fix it."

Chris and his team at Exterior Waterproofing Experts responded quickly to my problem and stemmed the flow of water into my house. They installed an exterior French drain to divert water from my foundation and sealed the basement wall to ensure no further damage. "We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We had NV Waterproofing install perimeter wide gutter guards, and a new sump pump system and drainage pipes. As soon as the work was done we got rain, and for the first time in the 4 months since we have lived here I saw the water that otherwise would be in our basement actually in the rear of our backyard by the discharge pipe. We have had a few more rains and even one snow and there is nothing better to look at then when I see the water that is coming out of the discharge pipe that I know otherwise would be pooling in my basement and cynderblocks walls, and how that was the case for many years before we moved in. Also, the team that did the work was extremely professional. We have 3 kids and pets and the team was extremely courteous. We tried to stay out of their way during the week they were doing the work, however there were times when we couldn't and the team was extremely courteous and professional. The team lead did an amazing job of explaining to me the work he was going to do, showing me updates, and then afterwards explaining in detail what was done, why it was done, and things for me to look for for in the future. I would highly recommend NV Waterproofing to others based on my experience with them. They did high quality work and were extremely professional."

"The inspector, Chad Bishop, was very knowledgeable of his company's products and only recommended what was needed to fix our problem which is/was a very high humidity crawlspace. He spent several hours inspecting our house to properly analyze what our house needed to solve the issue. He showed us many of the pictures of the crawlspace to explain the situation. Fortunately for us we are addressing the issue before any wood rot or mold has begun...and Chad did not recommend fixes and/or equipment that we didn't need, like sump pumps and French drains, which are very costly."
