"Troy and the entire installation team were excellent! Arrived on time and started working immediately. Communication was very good and their work ethic was outstanding! They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"

He understood what we wanted, commenting "I see you know just what you want" and gave us his estimate quickly. Each "crew" he had out, pouring the foundation, framing, bricklaying, and finishing, did their job in a professional manner. I know enough to know they were all experts in their fields. A couple of misunderstandings about what we wanted with the workers were corrected by Roy right away. After the room was completed with a bare concrete floor, Roy recommended someone to put down ceramic tile for us (I had considered doing it myself, but my wife and son talked me out of it.) and they also did an excellent job. Roy is a very pleasant person as were all the people on his crews. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the job."
