More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. "Zach P. did an amazing job. I had a bathtub to walk-in shower conversion installed. He showed up on time and clearly explained what was going to happen that day. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He informed me of all his findings during the install and informed me of some of the challenges that he ran into because of the the original build of the house. I was concerned that they stated they could install this in one day. I was impressed with the detailed on the install and the preparation did the walls. Even the plumbing that had to be rerouted was do professional and i fell will last forever. I would use WestShore and Zach in a heart beat."
