"Everything went perfectly. Cliff called me within 2 days and set up a time to come out. He called a half hour before our appointment to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and got to work. He politely and patiently indulged me with all the questions I had for him and talked me through what we were looking at as I stood over his shoulder as he scoped the sewer line. He even moved the camera to a second clean-out and scoped the other side of the house. We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"Could not have been more pleased. ACE responded to my Saturday request for help within two hours. The plumber was pleasant and thorough. He fixed the problem "the old fashion way" with a rooter from a roof-top vent. He checked all associated plumbing issues and made recommendations concerning flush rates and garbage disposals. He charged me $200. Compare that with another "big-name firm." They could not help me for three days when I called (which led to ACE on Angie's List). But the last time they came for a stopped up toilet, the technician completely dismantled the toilet and made a series of pictures of my drain pipes in order to show me why I needed a $22,000 pipe replacement project. The bill for the unstopped toilet was 8 hours of (mostly) unnecessary labor and $850. When I asked the ACE plumber about replacing pipes, he gave me several tips on how to avoid that until the pipes actually collapsed, and then quoted a price of "$12,000-$15,000." Yeah, we'll be calling ACE from now on."

When the pipe began leaking, my elderly mother thought it was a problem with the washing machine.  After hours of repeatedly placing towels on the floor and soaking up water, and even having a neighbor remove the washer and move it to the garage, water continued to seep onto the floor from under the molding.  That's when she called me to come to her house.

We contacted the homeowners insurance company and they sent out a team at midnight to determine where the water was coming from and pull up the carpet and padding in the hallway and start the drying process.  Of course, the A/C unit had to be turned off for the night, and a pan was placed beneath the split pipe to catch any dripping water.

Early the next morning, I contacted Mike with M2 Services.  I explained that the house was becoming hot for my mom (in mid September) and described the problem.  He came within a few hours.  When I had phoned him, I asked for the price of a service call to the house.  I was astonished to hear him say "THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR A HOUSE CALL TO EVALUATE THE PROBLEM.  WE WILL GIVE YOU A PRICE QUOTE, IF YOU DONT WANT TO USE US, WE LEAVE WITHOUT ANY FEE".

How could we go wrong with that.  Mike was polite, quick and professional.  He answered all of our questions and repaired the

broken pipe with parts that he had on his truck.  He cleaned up the repaired area. The price for his services was very reasonable, which was appreciated for a senior citizen on a fixed budget.  We highly recommend Mike and his company.  We have found the plumber that we will always use in the future.
