"I tried to use my American Home Shield warranty at first. That cost me $75 to have someone come out and tell me they would not do anything unless I removed my toilet since my old house has no cutout for the line under the house. After removing my commode I called the warranty folks and they said they would not cover going through anything but a standard cutout. So, I called another service first and he went through the line and could not get his auger to bend correctly to go through the line. It kept going up the vent stack. I then called Morgan Leak Detection and Cliff Morgan came out, assessed the situation thoroughly and said he would clean it out for $200. A bit steep for a line clean, but he did a great job and ran the auger for a long time to make sure he got everything out. I am very good with tools and I can tell when someone else is highly competent with what they are doing. Cliff was. He was courteous, showed up promptly when he said he would, protected my floors from the auger (the other company did not), and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. I'd use him again.

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

When the pipe began leaking, my elderly mother thought it was a problem with the washing machine.  After hours of repeatedly placing towels on the floor and soaking up water, and even having a neighbor remove the washer and move it to the garage, water continued to seep onto the floor from under the molding.  That's when she called me to come to her house.

We contacted the homeowners insurance company and they sent out a team at midnight to determine where the water was coming from and pull up the carpet and padding in the hallway and start the drying process.  Of course, the A/C unit had to be turned off for the night, and a pan was placed beneath the split pipe to catch any dripping water.

Early the next morning, I contacted Mike with M2 Services.  I explained that the house was becoming hot for my mom (in mid September) and described the problem.  He came within a few hours.  When I had phoned him, I asked for the price of a service call to the house.  I was astonished to hear him say "THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR A HOUSE CALL TO EVALUATE THE PROBLEM.  WE WILL GIVE YOU A PRICE QUOTE, IF YOU DONT WANT TO USE US, WE LEAVE WITHOUT ANY FEE".

How could we go wrong with that.  Mike was polite, quick and professional.  He answered all of our questions and repaired the

broken pipe with parts that he had on his truck.  He cleaned up the repaired area. The price for his services was very reasonable, which was appreciated for a senior citizen on a fixed budget.  We highly recommend Mike and his company.  We have found the plumber that we will always use in the future.
