"The Onyx product looks great, easy to clean, and best of all...no grout to fight with!! Their product was the best price and looks better than any other option. Josh is easy to work with. If he can't make the appt. on time, he calls/texts to let you know. We have had his company do 6 bathrooms in the past from new counter tops, shower only installs, bathtub, new designer cabinets, plumbing and electrical outlets. I've had all of his workers do great jobs. When we move again and need another bathroom update, I have Josh's number in my phone. And no, we are not related in any way!"

"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. "West Shore worked on three areas: 1) Shower replacement, 2) Window replacement, 3) Door replacement. 1. Shower: Paul, the master plumber, and Juan, the installer did a tremendous job. Paul let me know every detail regarding the plumbing and asked for my okay to proceed. Juan did an amazing job removing the old shower and putting in a beautiful new shower. I was impressed by the quality and timeliness of the work. They did a great job and were done in one day. 2. Window replacement: We had 6 windows replaced; 3 in the living room, 1 in the kitchen, and 2 in the upstairs master bedroom. Ryan had the lead on the windows, and although he wasn't talkative, he kept me informed all along the way and answered my questions. 3. Door replacement: We had the front door replaced. Autumn had the lead on the door and did a superb job. Her attention to detail was above and beyond and we now had a door that is both beautiful and functional. As a side note, our salesperson, Mark, helped guide us through the initial process and was always available to answer questions (even after the install). He was professional and personable and easy to work with. Thanks West Shore Home for a GREAT experience!!!"
