Freedom Plumbing specializes in all residential, light commercial, and drain cleaning services. Freedom Plumbing hires nothing short of the best plumbers. We strive to make sure that our employees are very knowledgeable with continued training on the job and through courses/classes. All of our plumbers have passed the state mandated test to receive their license. Our employees must pass a background and drug screen before even being eligible for hire and we do test regularly as well. We are fully insured in every aspect of every job we do, and warranty our work. Our employees also have certifications that a lot of other plumbers do not carry. So please rest assure that when we come out to your home, we will make sure that your plumbing is fixed in a timely manner and done right the first time. Freedom Plumbing will show up with respect, clean cut and ready to work. Here at Freedom Plumbing we have a rule of thumb that we respect other people’s belongings and that we do. When we come out to service your plumbing, we will respect your home as we would our own. Our employees always clean up and like to have a neat working environment. We are ready whenever needed whether it is night or day; we are open 24 hours /7 Days a week to make sure that your plumbing is taken care of at all times. We also give free estimates during normal business hours with no hassle or obligation. For a small service fee we can take care of you’re after hour’s emergency if you would like. The problems started with them showing up late without any notification. They were supposed to arrive between 8-10am. At 8:50am I called their office and was told that they would be arriving shortly. At 10am, they called and told me they were finally on their way. They didn't arrive until 10:25am. This started the disappointment but I was still had faith that they would do a good job.
They finally arrive and immediately start working. They are quick and energetic. I was thinking that I had made the right choice. Then, after 35 minutes of work, they told me that they had to leave to buy their supplies. This ticked me off since I expected that they would have already bought the right fittings and hose. They told me it would only take around 30 minutes and then they would be right back.
After 40 minutes, they called me and told me the store didn't have what they need and they had to go to another store. I tried to understand and said that was ok. An hour later, I call them and they said they are 20 minutes away. This trip of theirs to the store wasted 2 hours of my life.
When they got back with their supplies, they finished the job quickly. It only took 30 more minutes.
For all this headache, they charged me $700 - 10% since I was a new customer. This means, I paid $630 for 1hour and 5minutes worth of work and approximately $125 worth of material. They tried to take $100 worth of hose that I paid for but left it with me when I asked for it.
On a positive note, they did hook up the hose and it doesn't leak.
Tl;dl; They were late, didn't have their supplies, took 2 hours to get their supplies, worked for 1:05hours. The good news is that the hose works and doesn't leak.

After completing the requested work in the kitchen, Trent agreed to take a quick look at my toilets.
He quickly assessed the problems and after checking his schedule, he agreed to take care of these additional problems while he was already here.

I had a leak under my bathroom sink. The technician came to diagnose the situation Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Said the leak was in the wall and needed to cut in the wall to repair. Rescheduled to have the work done after the holiday.
Technician came back on Monday, December 1, 2014. Provided a window of 2pm-4pm but didn't show up until 4:30pm. Cut a whole in my wall only to realize the leak was coming from the sink.
Technician replaced the sink and faucet (since it was rather old). He also put a "door" in place of the wall cut-out. It will be helpful in case the wall pipes need to be accessed in the future.
