"Lone Star did a great job on installing new water faucets outside.  Price was good, they were very professional. However, I gave them a C rating because I called for an estimate on another job.  They came out and were going to email me the estimate.  After almost a week, I called and was told they hadn't gotten to it yet.  I have never heard from them.  I wasted time waiting for their bid, thinking that if it was reasonable, I would go with them since hey did a good job on the faucets.  I will not call them again for anything. "

"Evan the owner personally came out and looked at the new addition bathroom Iâ m adding to my house and gave me options to install my sewer and run my water lines for my fixtures prices were great compared to other options Iâ ve been given I accepted his work and it looks fantastic bathroom is almost done but I can rest assured that all my plumbing will being perfect for the day itâ s time to be used thank you Iâ m feeling like a lucky duck"

They were prompt but didn't really do much except replace sprinkler heads and charge $25/sprinkler (total $425), ridiculous since these heads are only about $5-6 at lowes & home depot. They never hooked up equip to test the controller/valves, etc.

Usually I'd do it myself but had a family emergency come up so was in a rush to leave town. These guys are a rip off as now, my sprinkler wouldn't turn off last night at all (even after unplugging the sprinkler controller). Had to call city of dallas to come turn off the water.

I highly recommend AI Sprinklers in DFW whom I've used before (from Angie's list)...I called them after this issue of the sprinkler not turning off and they promptly came out & took care of my issue. Very professional and knowledgeable.

"Smoothly. They arrived around 2PM and had done what they could by 9PM. They determined they needed an extra air intake and weren't prepared to install that day. They left with the unit fully operational if not operating at full tonnage. The installation was finished without a hitch at the soonest time I had available. They were very careful not to leave dirt or to damage any surfaces and were courteous and helpful throughout. Installation was of a 4 ton SEER 18 unit. Quality of the installation is excellent."

"If we ever have another slab leak, THIS is the company we'll call again!! After seeing water pooling outside and moisture wicking up the interior bathroom potty area drywall, we suspected a leak in our outside pool equipment. However, the pool company confirmed the leak was not from our equipment but from a suspected slab leak. We had a plumber in mind, but decided to check Angie's List first. The positive reviews for Morgan Leak Detection prompted us to give them a call. Employee Scott arrived and assessed the situation, confirming the suspected leak. However, one look at our recently remodeled bathroom, decked out in new custom floor-to-ceiling cabinetry with Carrera marble floors, walls and counters prompted him to call his boss Cliff, who arrived the next day. Scott admitted that even with his 15 years of experience, his boss was the expert in creative solutions, especially when it involved new, high-end bathrooms.
Other slab repair companies might have just started jackhammering! Cliff spent two hours pinpointing the difficult leak with cameras and specialized equipment. He kept us informed of his progress and options along the way. He was hesitant to use compressed air on the lines, noting it can sometimes seal a leak temporarily, but after consulting with us, he chose that option and successfully narrowed the area, which could not have been in a worse location! Clearly hesitant to start sawing into our new bathroom cabinetry, he chose instead to tackle the problem through the outside house brick. Despite our offer to have the pool equipment moved, he chose to wedge and work between the heater, stainless filter and pumps with little more that an 8-inch clearance to reach the wall, sawing and removing brick by brick carefully and with precision. In the end, after removing brick in two major sections, he located a much larger leak than anticipated, cut and cap the leaking pipe and then install a totally new line through the walls to reconnect the water. It was an all-day effort and we were just grateful it wasn't freezing outside! Although he offered to come back to finish the brickwork, we knew he had a backlog of slab leaks calls and opted instead to call a brick mason to finish closing the wall. After enduring an expensive  three-month total "gut" and restructure on our new master bathroom, it remained untouched. Morgan Leak Detection made a herculean effort to ensure it stayed beautiful! "The provided services were outstanding and very thorough. I can not recommend these guys enough!              I had called multiple plumbing companies and received inadequate customer service. I finally came across Mark Masters. From the first phone call, Mark Masters Home Services was on the job immediately to scope out the work and provide an extremely competitive estimate. They explained multiple options and the pro's and con's of each path. After deciding how we wanted to proceed, they then returned promptly to perform the rough-in work, which included adding water lines and relocating a drain line. The rough-in work was completed within about a day and they left the area very clean. After the cabinets, counter tops, and kitchen sink were installed, they returned within a day or two of my phone call to complete the plumbing finish work. This included hooking up a refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen sink, tankless water heater, and filtration system for our coffee maker. The neatness of the install is something to complement, as you can tell no shortcuts were taken to finish the job any sooner. Several of my colleagues have been commenting on how well the lines were run and the quality of the parts used. I am extremely happy with our new kitchen/break room and this experience has made it that much better. "
