"I had a small job replace tile in my master bathroom. I had a few other people come out who wouldn't bid on the project. Empire did and set up install two days later. The installers were nice. They quoted me 4 hours however ended up taking much longer than they expected and I think they ended up rushing at the end which one tile seems a bit uneven and there is a lot of excess grout left on the edges. But was able to clean it up pretty easily. I may have them come fix the tile 2 year warranty on the labor which is pretty nice."

Within three full days, they had removed all the old tile, leveled out the floor and installed new luxury vinyl planks throughout my entire home. We had Ricardo leading the demo team and Sergio leading the install team. These guys were fast, communicating with me the whole time, very knowledgeable and super respectful. "Ken is a very nice man. He arrived on time and took care of cleaning my carpets quickly. I periodically interrupted him to ask questions or to guide him on tough areas and he never demonstrated irritation. Ken went beyond expectations by instructing me on regular carpet care, i.e. how to vacuum my carpet to get the best results in-between cleanings. I learned a few new tricks thanks to him. Also, Ken saw areas in the house that I might want additional assistance. Without being pushy Ken had a camera in his truck and showed me before-and-after pictures on stone/tile enhancers. We also talked about my challenges in cleaning the black granite counter-tops and he sent me an email the very next day with link to a product that he has found helpful. Overall, Ken was courteous, helpful, and conscientious about his work."

I called Mark Masters at 3:30 PM and told them I had seen their disposal install special on Angie's List, and wanted to schedule their service. The appointment was scheduled for the next day between 10:00 AM and Noon. The next morning I received a text around 8:00 AM from Mark stating that an earlier appointment had cancelled and asking if they could come earlier. I said yes, the plumber (Seth) was at my house within 15 minutes, and the install was complete in about 30 minutes. Seth was clean cut and polite, the kind of guy you'd trust around your grandmother. No kidding. I plan on using Mark Masters Service Co. for all my future plumbing needs. I know this sounds like a commercial, it's not. They're just that good."
