The Expo home came out, and they installed a step-in shower for the family; their work was excellent. We worked with Da'Monte, Kawin, and John, and they were very professional. We would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. I would highly recommend Expo Home for your next tub to walk in shower conversion. Thanks to everyone at Expo Home team and satisfied to be member of their family.

Oh my goodness!! The team that removed our nearly 50 year old tub and replaced a beautiful walk in shower were very professional, courteous and informative. What a difference that makes when having work done. The team was made up by Nick L., Ivan L. and Jacob Rdz. These guys are a fine tuned machine. Everything ran smoothly and they cleaned up the area before they left. Virtually, the only way I know they were here is by seeing my beautiful new shower!!! Thank you for sending the absolute best!!

There was a little miscommunication in the beginning but upper management was able to resolve it. The project was finally completed and we are delighted with the shower/bathtub upgrade in our guest bathroom. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Eddie and Ben did a great job today for my parents (Dallas area). They arrived super early, replaced a broken glass door in less than an hour, in 90+ degree heat, and were perfect gentlemen. This is a great company and a great product -- I highly recommend.

I had my windows replaced in October 2023, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left my home spotless. The quality of the new Anlin windows is outstanding – they not only look great and modern but have significantly improved the insulation and noise reduction in my home. My next-door neighbor got the same ones! She is also extremely satisfied with the energy efficiency of these windows. I highly recommend Expo Home Improvement to anyone considering window replacement. Big thanks to Norma for being so informative on the quality of the product, Michael and Jeremiah for supervising and a smooth operation of the project, Eduardo for managing the team and paying close attention to details, and Daniel for ensuring the financial aspect was sealed. Absolutely thrilled with the outstanding job Marcos, Victor, and Wesley did on our bathroom shower remodel! Not happy: 1. Salesman, Daniel, gave us only one day to honor the price. 2. Salesman told us we had mold in the bathroom and we didn't. 3. Salesman told me the material to be used was different than the sample he had with him but the walls installed looked exactly as cheap as the sample. 4. Sales person told me I was going to have a group of experts doing the installation. The installation was done quickly and they did a good job. One of the persons doing the installation seemed to have good experience doing this, the 2nd one was following instructions, and the 3rd one was a 16 year old boy. I am all for teaching the young to work but that is not what I paid for. 5. I did not like the product, it looks like plastic. It is an upgrade from the fiber glass bath tub I had. If you are planning to buy this product, look at a shower in person before making this expensive decision. 6. Salesman says you won't need to clean the shower often, you do need to clean it at least once a week.

The time came to remodel my shower/tub area. After months of resourcing and pricing, I was ready. So, I called Expo Home Improvement. I am truly thankful I called for their services. They are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, it was a delight to work with them. They offered me a very reasonable quote and the look my wife and I wanted., From sales, service/support to the installation crew, it was a wonderful experience, and the end result and warranty exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this faith-based company.

Really smooth from start to finish. Someone came out to talk about our needs and show us their options with very helpful descriptions and explanations. They helped us with the options, color choices and customizations. Once everything was agreed we picked a mutually workable start date. They showed up on time and were extremely professional. They moved any furniture and curtains that needed to be moved, protected any surfaces that needed it and worked very efficiently. The did all the front windows on the first day and all the back windows on the second day. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Each of the workers that were here were very friendly and polite. We immediately noticed a drop in our electric bill (we don't have gas heating) with the improved insulation from the windows and they look great. We wouldn't change anything.

We could not be happier. We are a repeat customer as we had all the windows on the back side of our home replaced 1st. We had double hung picture windows with one window being a commercial size. Fantastic job from the bid to final inspection! The precision measuring of this group is amazing. All the windows were perfect and snug and high quality. The coordinator kept us updated every step of the way. They were flexible and professional and the quality of work was absolutely amazing. 2 months later we returned to Window Expo and had the front of our house completed. In the front we had double hung with simulated grids and LOVE them. We had a different team, but again, outstanding quality and precision. These were 2 large projects and both were flawless. No issues!! Both times both teams finished in the time they planned and did an amazing job. We love our new windows and we HIGHLY recommend Window Expo for anyone!

Being in our 40s we had never experienced purchasing windows. We had no idea where to start. We had no idea how to budget for them. We did as much research as we could and then had Expo Home Improvement come out to discuss our home. The house is almost 20 years old and we had a broken window and some that were not functioning safely. I was absolutely blown away at how patient and educational this company was with us. This was not a high pressured sales call. They did not over sell us. They truly wanted us to have exactly what was needed for our home. We kept trying to find the angle or reason - one never produced itself. They truly were exactly as they presented themselves. We purchased 42 windows. They met every deadline, kept us informed of where we were in production and install was just as impressive. They cared. They truly cared about their craftsmanship and our home. Every employee we came in contact with had a take ownership attitude. We felt like we were their most important client and they were appreciative. I LOVE my windows. They have lived up to what they showed us in the initial presentation/discussion. They are high quality. They have blocked the Texas heat and zero drafts! Our energy bills reflect the windows! We have used the warranty for 1 window and 1 screen - once again - just as was presented to us and seamless and easy! Even for warranty work - they took ownership, kept us informed and delivered. I dont work there. I am not paid to give this review. I am just a happy client. I would recommend this company to my most discerning friend. I hope you will give them your business!

We love our windows! With the builder installed windows, we had ice inside the windows when winter would roll around. These new windows are great to keep out the cold and the summer heat. Our shower replacement is gorgeous. The company installed a product that keeps away mildew (since there are no grout lines).

Loved everything about this company from the Sales Rep that came out to the people in the office with the follow ups down to the last day when the 2 outstanding gentlemen came out and installed our new bath! Eddie Cox came out and fixed us up quickly. Eddie was on the crew that did the remodel about 5 years ago. We had the hot tub removed and nice large shower put in its place. The old shower became a linen closet. Oh yes a new vanity with useful storage was put in. We love the bathroom! The service after the install has been Super!
