I was very pleased with the response and timeliness of getting a shower repaired/replaced. It turned out to be more complicated than I thought it would be, and the pro made the adjustments and work-around that made it possible to use the new rain type showerhead w/attachment I had already purchased. He was very neat and was able to fix what turned into a big project by not hiring a pro in the first place, lol - Also, very good communications with the company, they were patient in answering all the questions I had. They have a funny, quirky name - but are very professional and focused on providing excellent, skilled service for your plumbing needs. Will definitely use them again, and highly recommend Lucky Duck when you are looking for a plumbing company.

Great work! I had a dishwasher install that needed a few workarounds to get it installed under our granite countertop. Evan and Josh were both very knowledgeable. They were prompt on arrival and kept their work area super clean. They genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I will definitely use them again.

Jason showed up exactly when he said he would. Arrived with shoe coverings on and got right to work! He installed a new kitchen faucet for us, works great! He was done in almost no time at all and kept the work area clean and tidy during and after! I HIGHLY recommended these guys!! I have had my dealings with bad plumbers and ridiculous prices, these guys are not that, honest, fair and trustworthy! The faucet works great! See you guys in the future!

Really did a great job even when it was done on a broken toilet seat. Even quoted a more expensive price on the phone ,but came down after the job was done. Definitely recommended !!

I was visiting my parents from out of town when I noticed a big crack in the bathtub. Called lucky duck on a Friday afternoon they came out diagnose the problem and gave me a very fair quote to install a new bathtub. They came the next day at the exact time they said they would. The install went flawlessly Evan is truly a master at his craft. After the install was complete Evan took the time to show me the new features of my new bathtub like how the new drain worked and the new shower valve I was very impressed with his professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Dallas-Fort Worth area looking for a good reliable trustworthy honest plumber.
