They quickly diagnosed the plumbing issues and were able to address it that day aside for one issue that requires a new faucet. They were very friendly and professional. Will be hiring them again!

I called my regular plumber to check out a funny smell in one of my bedrooms/bathroom suites. He was very sick with Covid and unable to work. He recommended that I call Steve at GPS Plumbing. They showed up on time and did a thorough assessment of the problem and determined that it was not related to our plumbing. They did not charge for the trip and were extremely nice and gracious about it. My son asked them to have his faucet fixed. They told him how to do it himself to save himself 150.00 (extremely unusual for Plumbers I have had in the past). I loved their honesty and appreciate them so much, as I find that a rarity nowadays in their kind of business. You better believe that if I and anyone I know needs a plumber, I would be calling/recommending them! In fact when my AC guy (John at Rocsolid Air; he is another honest businessman himself) came over yesterday, I told him that if anyone asked for a plumber to recommend GPS to them. I keep a list of all the good, decent, competent business owners in our area and they are definitely one of them!

I called GPS Plumbing and they had availability that day. I couldn't leave work so I scheduled for the next day. Justin showed up promptly. It took a little time to diagnose the problem. We ended up having to replace three valves under sink. I opted to change out the last one which wasn't leaking yet.

GPS was able to fit me into his schedule quickly. He showed up when promised and the price to fix the problem was very reasonable.

Steve was polite, courteous and very professional. I felt he installed my two new water heaters and expansion valve and misc. hardware like he was installing it in his home. He was also very responsive in getting back to me with all my questions. I absolutely will call Steve at GPS plumbing if I ever need any work done in the future. GPS had the best price around. They did not overly mark up things like pulling a permit. They installed the day after I called to schedule. Very pleased.

I found GPS on Yelp as with many other plumbers. From the beginning it was a different experience than the others. I was met with a welcome attitude and not a gruff hello like the others. Steve was able to provide me a time and day that fit my schedule to replace my water heater. He was on time and completed with no issues. Cleaned up any mess and hauled the old one away. Completely hassle free for me, which as a woman I look for in any service. Since I did call several plumbers I had a good idea of the expected cost and Steve was definitely one of the better priced. Others couldn't quote a price right off and many even changed in the conversation. Steve was solid in his price and definitely a fair expense. Would recommend him highly and he is my new go to plumber for all needs.

Prompt, professional service. Attempted to resolve the issue over the phone so as to save him a trip and me some money. When that failed, he came out the next day.

Fantastic! The job was done in less than half the time and half the price of what our neighbors paid for the same work. Very professional, efficient and personable. Steve is now my "go to" plumber.

I spoke with Steve when I first called about my leaking toilet. His estimate was $130, plus $20 if the supply line needed replacing. Since it was not an urgent problem, we scheduled him to arrive a week later between 9-9:30 am. He arrived at 9:15 am on the appointed day, without me having to worry about reminder or confirmation phone calls. I had a good feeling about Steve when we spoke on the phone, but when he arrived on time and within a 30 minute window, I was rightfully impressed.
Steve got right to work, and informed me that my old supply line did need replacing, so he did that. After pulling the toilet, he showed me the metal flange, which was showing rust damage from the leaks, however he recommended that I could get more use out of it before it failed, so we left it alone. He did not try to upsell me on a new toilet, as the plumber did on my previous estimate, and did not stack up outrageously high charges, as other plumbers do. He simply replaced the wax ring seal, set the toilet back, calked around the base, and cleaned up. In and out in one hour, with no surprises.
Steve is friendly and professional, reliable, reasonably priced and honest to his word. I'm very happy to have found my go-to plumber!

Steve did great with this cobbled together job (I kept adding things:-).  Seriously, though, Steve knows his plumbing! And since my sink hardware is Price-Pfister, he knew to have me order the parts at no charge (life-time warrantee & fast) so we could time the repairs/replace in one visit.

Steve arrived on time and quickly repaired our outside faucet  today at a reasonable price. Very nice family man. Would definitely refer him to friends and neighbors!
