If you have been lucky enough to have found Mark Ondras Plumbing, your search for an HONEST, reliable, HONEST, respectable, HONEST, fair-priced and HONEST plumber is over! We found Mark Ondras last year and have used him 3-4 times for minor things the past year. Then recently we had something major...a plumbing leak in the slab in the kitchen (which is tiled) and it was not covered by insurance. Mark and Harry (the Leak Guru) came by and diagnosed the issue quickly. A few days later they came by to repair. They put down drop cloths and taped off everything. I begged them to try and not break anymore then 3 tiles, which were the only extras I had, otherwise I would've had to replace nearly 300sf of tile not covered by insurance. In at 9am and out by 2:30pm and the leak was fixed and they only broke through 2 tiles! They left my house clean. They were all so KIND and RESPECTFUL. The price I was charged was nearly 1/2 of everyone else. Do yourself a favor and hire Mark Ondras Plumbing. They've got our business forever.

I have known Mark for years. He's the only plumber I'll use.

Mark was able to get me into their schedule during a very busy time of winter weather. Austin came before my counter top installation to unhook everything, and another crew came back afterwards. Less than a week later the valve was leaking under my sink. Not sure what was the cause, but Mark sent Austin back out and he replaced the valves at no charge. Great customer service - I will definitely use them again.

Initially, plumbers thought part of brick masonry might need to be removed to replace the spigot and showed me what that might entail, work-wise and price-wise. Thankfully, it ended up being a simple, inexpensive repair. Inside drain pipe had been wrongly and permanently mis-installed. Part was no longer made or accessible. Plumbers fixed pipe so it no longer leaked, but warned me what had caused it and how to prevent it happening in future.

I love their service. When you call the number, Mark is the one that answers, that is the best part. You tell him what the issue is and he gives you a quote over the phone. He comes promptly on time. He was done in about 20 minutes. The tenantsliving there have not had a problem since.

We’ve used Ondras Plumbing twice and were extremely satisfied both times. In November 2016 we had a slow draining sewer line between the house and street cleaned. They responded quickly to our call and did an excellent job clearing the line at a very reasonable price. Austin indicated that we had tree roots that had grown into a break in the PVC and recommended it be repaired but the repair wasn’t urgent. In July 2017 we decided to repair the break. Mark came out and ran a camera through the entire line, located the break, showed us the break on the screen and marked the precise location in the yard. The following day Glen dug up the line, exactly as marked, showed us the 45 deg elbow that had cracked and separated almost an inch. Glen was very careful in digging up the line without damaging a sprinkler line near the hole. He repaired the sewer line and did a great job cleaning up and restoring the yard.

He did it a day before I had a big party. It was late in the day and he said that he could be here in 25 minutes.

He came from our neighborhood website. I always call him Mark. He’s got an excellent staff, very, very good, excellent. He is a real good guy.

The cost was very, very reasonable for the work they had to do.  We've been in this house for 20 years and use the same people all the time.  One person came to complete the service and it took about an hour. 

No problem - it was done in a timely and professional manner.

The experience was BEYOND good. I called at 2:00 PM with a backed up kitchen sink, multiple leaks under the sink (I got those trying to use a plunger to clear the blockage), a labyrinth of metal pipes linked to PVC and a garbage disposal that had seen better days. Mark sent James, a young plumber with a wonderful disposition who arrived about 2 hours later. James cleared the blockage, pulled out all the pipes from under the sink, replaced the garbage disposal, replaced the jumbled mess of metal and PVC with a greatly simplified set of PVC-only drain pipes, tested everything and had us back up and running in less than 2 hours. And the price was less than I expected! As far as I am concerned I have found the plumbing company I will use for as long as I live in this area. And I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and James to my friends.

Called Mark on a SUNDAY, he answered and sent tech out within an hour. Performed diagnostics, fixed the problem so my handicapped wife could use the downstairs bathroom. Pointed out issue with the City pipe connection that is the City's responsibility. Why aren't all plumbers like this? Great service.

We were so pleased with Kevin who was called upon at the end of day to come to our house. He was professional and industrious. The work was not easy but he got it done.
