Excellent Work!

They did an excellent job and I recommended them to everybody. They fixed a toilet that is not properly working.

Plumbers arrived right on time and finished the work quickly. The price I paid is more than fair and everything works just fine.

They are really good. I'd give them an "A" overall. They are very responsive. They are fair priced. Plumbing is expensive, people complain about how many dollars it cost. The man has a labor rate, that's what you pay. They all charge about the same, so if you're going to call a plumber you know. I tell them what needs to be done, they fix that and make suggestions. I can either go along with it or not. I would use them in the future, they are the only people I call.

Scott the technician arrived on time and replaced the old shower heads and controls as requested. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Because I had used them within the previous 30 days, they waived the service call fee ($35), and also applied an Angie's list 10% discount. My entire experience with Absolute has been very positive and I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Technician (Scott) arrived on time and performed the work as requested. Left old faucet supply lines (all copper) for me to recycle. I had an Angie's list for 10% off which was happily applied to the final price. I was very pleased with the service; would gladly hire again.

GREAT! The company was able to come the same day, which was terrific. He diagnosed the problem immediately, dug enough of my water line to effect the repair, used good parts, and had the whole thing finished in less than an hour and a half. I was greatly impressed with this guy's competence and speed. I had expected to pay at least twice as much.

Great work at reasonable price.

They did a great job. They came quickly, very professional. Scott and JJ did an excellent job. Deborah who answers the phone was very personable and empathetic toward me (she deserves a raise!)

From the time I called to the time work was completed was under 2 hours. They were able to work me in between calls. Technician was extremely professional, clean, and efficient. He also noticed my USAA card and said the company provides a discount to military families as well as donate to a non-profit that helps provide trained service dogs to veterans. Will definitely hire again for all our plumbing needs!

Removed roots and blockage

Everything went well. Guys were nice and arrived on time. Professional. Just a little pricey.

Everything went great! Scott and JJ arrived promptly within the beginning of the scheduled window. They assessed the projects I wanted to do and also identified that my garbage disposal was near the end of its life too. I was able to have a friend sit at the house while they continued to work while I went to purchase a new garbage disposal for them to install as well. Everything was installed perfectly. As a matter of fact one bathroom faucet and drain is where my A/C condensate line is tapped in. No other plumber has ever successfully replaced the sink drain/plug or unclogged it for that matter. Scott got it done! It drains great now and the new stopper finally matches the new faucet. I was very impressed with all of their work. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and didn't waste a bit of time. I would definitely use them again.

From start to finish, everything with Absolute Plumbing of Flower Mound was top notch. Debra answered my call and did her best to get me taken care of as soon as possible. I ended up with an appointment sooner than what I had originally scheduled, which was great. The service crew itself was really good as well, and very professional. I will not go anywhere else in Flower Mound for my plumbing needs ever again.

The work became a bit challenging but they guys stayed commited until the job was done.

Service was super fast and courtesy. Was disappointed tech didn't call to let me know he was running late until 20 minutes after appointment was to have started and then he didn't arrive for another 10. Labor was more than expected at $110 for literally 20 minutes worth of work but since I was expected the entire job to cost much more I'm pleased with the overall cost.

Work was analyzed and completed very quickly. I actually thought I would need to break out the sidewalk but Scott figured out a way to avoid that. He was punctual, efficient and reasonably priced.

We had three plumbing companies from our warranty company that could not figure out the problem wanting to cut out plumbing and blaming water pressure issues. This company found the problem immediately finding it was just caulking and fixed to faucets outdoors as well included in the charge since they were paid for the hour. Before he left he offered us a $25 off coupon to top it off! If we have plumbing issues they are definitely coming.
