Kevin was awesome. He assessed the plumbing and determined that the problem was not a plumbing issue. He didn’t charge anything since it wasn’t something that he needed to fix. He was extremely prompt, professional and honest. He will always be my first call for any plumbing issue.

CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND THEY CAME THE SAME DAY. I SHOPPED PRICES AND THEY WERE VERY COMPETITIVELY PRICED. WORK WAS PERFORMED THE NEXT DAY. ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS 2 DAYS. ENOUGH WORKERS WERE BROUGHT IN TO DO IT IN ONE DAY. HAD TO CALL BACK ONCE AND THEY WERE THERE WITHIN HOURS. MY DOG HAD PULLED A WIRE LOOSE.

Best plumber I've ever used. When I called, he happened to be nearby purchasing supplies and asked me, "Can I come there now?" He was at my house within 10 minutes and completed the job within half an hour of my call. He is professional, polite, and friendly. He also removed his shoes before entering my house, which might seem inconsequential but really was incredibly thoughtful. Excellent service overall; he's my new go-to plumber!

When we called him, he said he would come "right now" and he did. He unloaded the new toilet, still in boxes, from my pick-up truck and supplied the wax ring for its installation. He thoroughly cleaned the floor after removing the old toilet. He hauled away all the trash, including the old toilet. His fee was less than we paid for a similar operation in 2005.
