My water heater was not making hot water. Steven came promptly and on time. He had the experience and skills to quickly diagnose and proactively treat the problem and prevent a recurrence. He was patient with my hovering around and asking questions and even offered helpful information when he sensed I was curious. He completed the job professionally and efficiently and economically as possible and advisable. I couldn't be more pleased with his work.
