"We hired Forever Green 2 Landscaping to regrade and install new grass after an in ground pool install. The yard was a mess! But then we hired Oscar and his team to rescue our backyard. "Jeff and I were "on the same page" right from the start. He gave me a time frame and said they wouldn't start tearing things down until they were ready to re-install. I had chosen a sink that was delayed in being delivered because of COVD-19. He worked with us on that and got everything done within the time frame he had given us. All of his workers were professional and conscientious. Jeff stayed on top of the work and made sure everything was "just right". Jeff and his crew were a delight to work with. "Israel and his team started with a shower pan and tile job that turned out so well, we kept them on board to help us finish a 1949 triplex renovation. Seph installed numerous doors and windows, built a small deck, replaced fences and gates, and resurfaced and painted three concrete patios. Israel's crew quickly and expertly installed new laminate flooring, added two concrete driveways, and even helped us install five new window AC units. "The day the tile wall in my master bathroom collapsed when I leaned on it turned out to be my lucky day—it led me to Joe Maxwell and Tile & Grout Solutions, Inc. Joe and his installer Kiki (a tile genius!) built a beautiful walk-in shower where the tub used to be. That shower became what was until recently the best-built part of the house—now it is joined by the gorgeous porcelain tile floors throughout our downstairs and on our stairs! Joe was a delight to work with from the very start. His estimates were thorough, and he explained every step in the installation process, including the timing and the materials needed. Joe, Kiki, and their assistant tiler Leo were meticulous in their work, and they adapted adroitly to the unexpected—such as when they pulled up some old tile and found a hole through the slab with a water pipe running through it! The only reason there wasn’t a fountain in my entryway that day is because of Joe’s and Kiki’s ears: before pulling up the old tile, Joe happened to drop something on the tile covering the hole. When the thing hit the tile, it went “plink” instead of “thunk.” Joe and Kiki looked at each other in alarm—“plink” indicated a hollow spot under the tile where it should be solid. So, instead of using a jackhammer to pull up the tile, they gently used a hammer and scraper. Fortunately, that hole was the only surprise, and the rest of the job went smoothly. Every evening, my husband and I come home and remark on how beautiful our floors are—we are thrilled! We hope Joe and Kiki can put up with us when it comes time to tile our upstairs! "The install was done pretty good, but they didn't keep their word on installing baseboards as promised multiple times by Ramiro. Would encourage customers to read your estimates and contract before signing. I read similar review previously but didn't pay too much regard since many A reviews. The day they finished tile Ramiro shook my hand and promised again they'd be back to install baseboards 2 days later. Never showed, called or text me. I really felt bad being that their work was pretty good but their word meant nothing."
