After searching through many reviews for someone reputable, I came across JC Quality Flooring. The excellent reviews are well earned. Juan provided estimates, and even offered suggestions. I initially planned to go with the same color carpet I had (cream), but he suggested other options that would be more renter friendly. I initially thought grey might be a good idea, but he mentioned that it wouldn’t match well with the tile (he thought through every detail). He showed us samples of carpet that is common for rentals and ideal for high traffic, so we went with his suggestion which turned out beautifully. The paint, interior and exterior, was also perfect. Juan notified me of items that tenants left adhered to the walls, and was even kind enough to remove them. Throughout the entire process, Juan sent pictures and videos.
