I initially thought grey might be a good idea, but he mentioned that it wouldn’t match well with the tile (he thought through every detail). Juan notified me of items that tenants left adhered to the walls, and was even kind enough to remove them. Throughout the entire process, Juan sent pictures and videos. The team worked incredibly fast and efficiently to get our house ready for the market. Juan checked in with us after everything was completed to see if the property managers had time to look at their work, and the property managers confirmed everything looked great.
