Carlos was great and polite. Helped the experience to be an easy one.

Maintain water softener, install a carbon filter to it and replace filters and faucet for the reverse osmosis system. Consummate professional---punctual and impressively knowledgeable who kept us fully informed on what he was doing and why. Has ALL the professional tools to do the jobs with great efficiency. Prices were reasonable and particularly so such high quality service. Strongly recommended without reservation and will be using in the future s the need arises.

Exceptionally accommodating

I got quotes from 5 different companies before choosing. The thing that made me choose Carlo and WW-H20, was that it was the same person who came to sell me the unit who was going to install it and who would provide the warranty. Many of the other salesmen were just that, salesmen, and knew almost nothing about the actual technicalities of the service they were providing. Most salesmen could answer questions about the units themselves that they'd studied off of their spec sheets, but when I'd ask questions about the installation process they wouldn't have answers. Carlo was able to answer every question I had. Also Carlo was the most friendly and genuine feeling person I had over here! It's been almost a month since we had our new water softener installed, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with Carlo. Not only did he take his time and install the unit over 2 days when he couldn't finish it in one evening, (to me, this showed he was willing to take his time to make sure it was installed and done right, instead of rushing to get it done in one evening) but he also has texted at least 3 times in the past month to make sure everything is still working well and if we have any questions! He was a pleasure to work with and obviously cares about the work he provides. I would 100% recommend his services to anyone else looking to get this done.
