They came in at less than half the cost of the competitors and were able to start immediately. Throughout the project, they checked with us to make sure everything was as we wanted. They even picked up our items from the tile store in San Antonio so we didn’t have to make the drive from Floresville. They pretty much remodeled our guest house in a week. One thing - if you are replacing a tile floor - make sure they tarp EVERYTHING in the room they will be ripping old tile from. My crew didn't, and I had extremely thick layers of dust throughout my entire house, to include countertops/kitchen utensils/etc. Upon speaking about this issue with the company, they say that is not the norm and apologized profusely. So they should, just make sure they do. Other than that above issue - I couldn't have asked for a better product and install. The team was professional, courteous, and friendly.
