"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"Teresa and her husband did a botched job on our new bathroom install. The shower is leaking , we have to totally demo it and replace the entire shower floor and subfloor. She did not care. I gave her an opportunity to just check it out. She says they are out of business. These people are dishonest. We now have to completely redo our tile shower. The smell from the mold /mildew is horrible. They should not be in business."

They also removed several branches from a neighboring tree. They were professional and competent workers. They worked steadily and did a good and thorough clean up afterwards. I especially appreciated that Bernardo volunteered to come back the next morning to repair my brick tree ring. I was so impressed with the quality of service I received, I have requested that Bernardo provide me with an additional bid for some brick work.
