"We had pre-scheduled a time to come out and do the work that she wanted to get done before we actually head that way we wanted to confirm again just to make sure we are still ok to come, she already had someone else to do the work. Be fore we actually come to do the job even though we had it scheduled. we always confirm more than once to be sure both was on the same page. I’m guessing she was in a rush and found another person who can get it done before the time we scheduled her in for. There must have been a miscommunication between us when we were talking to each other"
